Pomona Vista Care Center is really good, they've treated my dad very well. They have a nice, clean facility, the staff is friendly and they're good with my father. They also have very good food. They dressed up all the time and they go around like they are suited up in costumes or different characters and they do their duties that way. The layout of the place is nice, and it's in a central location.

My mom was at Pomona Vista Care Center. She was fine with it, she didn't have to complain. They did the physical therapy. It was clean. Everybody was great. The staff was great. They're great at making sure the appointments are made prior to being discharged with the primary doctor, with whatever specialist that she needed to see, and also make sure my mom had the necessary programs available when she was being discharged. It's an older building, but it's clean and well-maintained. The middle area is open. They have tents there where you can sit outside, and they have a mister, which is great because it's hot out here in California. With that mister, we were able to enjoy a nice little outing outside with family. That's something I've never seen, which is great.

My mother is in the rehab facility at Pomona Vista Care Center. It seems pretty good. We haven't noticed any neglect or anything. She's doing as well as can be expected there. They're pretty attentive, and they're very good at getting back to us when we have any questions. My dad goes every night at dinnertime, and he's enjoying the dinners too. He seems to like it, but my mom has dementia, so she doesn't even remember eating. They have a physical therapist and an occupational therapist who visits her every day, but I don't know about any other activities. It's very clean, it smells nice when you go in, and they're keeping my mother clean. She doesn't ever look neglected or anything. It's pretty close to a hospital.

My Mother was here after she fell and fractured her ankle at home. I was so worried for her to go to a nursing home, but we are so blessed we found this place. Pomona Vista has been great to her. The nurses are so nice and caring.

Pomona Vista is a fine, older facility. The staff, service, and care is good. My friend is in a shared room that's basic, not fancy but adequate. They have nice activities and try to keep them occupied with different things, like having jazz musicians come in. They have an adequate common dining area with a fireplace.
