I have read the reviews of this facility and am very concerned about the quality of care. Yet I must recognize one members of the staff who was extremely helpful to us. I picked up my sister-in-law to take her to her sister's funeral and Dillon assisted us in getting her into the car and back out when we returned. He was friendly, helpful, and knew what he was doing. We so appreciated his help and want others to know.

My dear friend who has been in this facility for 7 weeks, has no phone to contact me. There are no phones in the rooms. She has to “borrow” a phone to contact me, which has been 3 times! Twice I was not able to pick up the phone. I am on her emergency list and have not been contacted by the facility. I found that she contacted Covid while there and transferred her to another room. No one has called me to inform me of her condition. I have called so many times to be sent to the wrong nurses station, or they don’t answer the phone at all. I have been told numerous times that they are short staffed and don’t have time to talk to me, to call back at another time. I have left my number in voice mail and they have never contacted me. I know Covid has put a strain on them but what about us! Imagine if you put your mom or dad in there and had no communication with anyone! It’s a shame!

I am currently a patient. Staff attentive and nice. Show concern and care. Hospital like but again attentive with midnight shift a little iffy. Don't talk or eat their food but we do well in communication.

My experience with this facility has been a God send. This is the 3rd facility my mom has been in. This is the ONLY one that she is not terrified of & she has made serious overall progress. I am actually hopeful she may finally be the the recovery road. They not only listen to me, they take consideration for what I say I hope my mom does not have to go thru this cycle again but if she does, I know she won't be terrified

Some staff at Inland Valley Care and Rehab were incompetent, and the physical therapy department was inaccurate. When she was about to do something, I was watching the act, like 20 reps and she did 30, but when they wrote it down and stated the report, they gave numbers that were lower. They were very inaccurate. They also claimed that I was trained on the left for a week, which I wasn’t as I was only trained for one or two minutes one day of the week. It was a false report. Then my wife fell from her chair because she wasn’t positioned right, and the report was inaccurate. The food was adequate; I would give it a 3, and I would give 2 for cleanliness. I was told by someone that I had to hire someone to work with me with the left. They went to interview the person, but I have to hire the person to be there at the facility, and I would have to hire the same person to come to my home. I’m just concerned that I would get the left unless I hired someone that they recommended, and I thought that was very unethical. They wanted to interview someone on my behalf, and I was compelled to hire that person to be there at the facility, and I was also compelled then to hire that same person to come to my home and help my home. They said if I didn’t do that they would not recommend the left for me to have the left, and I thought that was very unethical of them to do that as well. Some of the nurses when they come in, they were making a mistake with the meds. Instead of talking to the doctor and finding out why there was a change and what the change was, they were very unethical and unprofessional about when they turn the medications that were given were the wrong medications. They had to take my wife by ambulance to a hospital. I think that they might have done something. They don’t like it when family members get involved. When we tried to put my wife back in there, they claimed they didn’t want to take her back because I was too involved in my wife’s care. If you care about your wife and try to advocate -- that’s what a husband should do -- but they said they don’t want my wife because I advocated too much for her. She fell from the wheelchair because the CNA was not properly trained. And because I advocated for my wife, they didn’t want to readmit her.

My mom is at Inland Valley Care & Rehab Center. The staff is very nice. Their food does not taste good, and their water smells like septic. It's so bad. There are two beds in a room, and four people share a bathroom. My mom is anxious to get home.

My Father is a resident at Inland Valley. Very nice staff. Facility is a little old not too modern. Could use a good face lift. Otherwise staff very helpful and nice.

My mom is staying at Inland Valley Care and Rehabilitation. The staff is very attentive to my mom and my mom is comfortable there. I recommend them to others, but I wish the physical appearance of the nursing will be a little bit more modern.
