My grandmother was in Windsor Care Center of Petaluma. She was in skilled nursing. She was there when she had hip surgery recovering. I'm trying to get her back over there as well. It's not as fancy as the other place, but it was clean and the staff was very helpful. My grandmother suffers from memory loss and they were very attentive. She was very limited because she had just had hip surgery but from what I saw, they had a lot to offer. On that aspect, it was good.

I have been living at Windsor Care Center of Petaluma for about a year and a half, and I'm very satisfied with it. I find the staff very helpful, and I'm very pleased. We have roommates with three in a fairly good-sized room. We have a lovely outside area, like a patio, and the view is quite beautiful and enjoyable. The maintenance of the exterior could be a little better, though.

My mom just became a resident there, so far she's happy. But, getting the aids to answer her call took 30 mins ! After talking to some of the aids, she's told there under staffed. And she needs to call the front desk if she needs help, I've heard good and not so good about this place. My mother in law passed away at this place, she was only there 4 days before she passed. And I heard not so good things after her short visit, so I hope they get it together. They don't want me coming there and seeing my mom getting crappy care in any way, they will do something about it. I will do what I can to make things right.

The staff at Windsor Care seemed to know what they're doing, and they have enough aides for all the residents there. They're just very good. Regarding the rooms, some of them have two residents in one room, but they're big enough to be very comfortable. The food was good.
