Our mom has been staying with Atria for senior/memory care in Pacific Palisades for several months. We love Atria. The staff is tremendous, the food/nutrition outstanding, and the personal care is impressive. We siblings are so happy to have Atria available to our wonderful mom right in our neighborhood. So many people to mention by name but suffice to say that they are all top notch and such a great team together. Lots of fun and activities to enjoy by all, whether resident, family, or visitor. Greatly appreciate our mom being cared for by Atria!

We moved our mom to Atria in the Pacific Palisades almost three years ago. We moved right during the pandemic and they couldn’t have been more caring or sensitive to what our loved ones were going through during this difficult time of lockdown! Now the facility as opened up and it’s an even more wonderful place to be! Ariana, the activities director, is amazing! She puts so much care and attention to the activities and there is always so much going on - from outings to live music to exercise and game playing. They even have theme days that are super fun! All the staff is wonderful too. I feel like my mom is in a great place and we are so happy she made the move to Atria Pacific Palisades!

I came in for a tour to look for my mom and the community looks very nice compared to any other property I have viewed, clean and the staff is beyond welcoming. Everyone was very involved in the tour and answered every question I had and I am seriously considering this as an amazing new community for my mom.

Wonderful place to live . All of the residents are friendly, caring and social. I have an incredible room, with a patio and many relatives and friends come to visit me often and we share these moments out on the patio. Terrific restaurants within walking distance for our outings . The people that work here are friendly and ready to help you in any way they can. Initially I never thought of staying here, but now I never plan to leave. The entertainment here is first class, we enjoy the performances with Happy Hour and transportation is always available; to enjoy the outings with my friends .

This review is about the horrible management at Atria in Pacific Palisades. My father who has dementia has been at Atria since 2020. I often find myself looking for care takers. His floor is frequently understaffed and the care takers are mostly from outside agencies. I don’t imagine constant turn over with staff is beneficial to my father. When I brought the lack of staff to the attention to senior management I was met with one solution was for me to put up flyers in the neighborhood! I came to see my dad in the morning and he was calling out doe help and there was no one in sight! The lack of consistent caretakers and understaffed and overwhelmed employees is so distressing. There has been zero entertainment basically the entire time we’ve been there. They have not been able to secure a program director nor have they the hair salon open. Staff are often on their phones while residents just stare out into space. The only positives is the location and the three or four staff members. They also astronomically raised our rent last year which was shocking especially during a pandemic. Shame on these people.

Atria Park of Pacific Palisades was lovely. The tour was about a little over an hour long. I took my granddaughter with me and we were greeted very professionally and nicely. We checked into the different spaces available, the studio, the 1-bedroom, and the 2-bedroom apartment. They were all lovely. The staff showed us a vacant one. We met some of the residents and we also talked to the chef. We were shown the dining room and the menus. That was all explained and there was no question and unanswered. We would have chosen it had we realized that assisted living was enough for him but he requires more care than is provided. It was the assisted living that we toured. We saw the luncheon menu printed. We were invited to have lunch the next day on the rooftop. However, we did not return because our decision was made before then.

Atria Park of Pacific Palisades is very expensive because they don't have rooms; they only have apartments. However, it was very nice. The apartments were very nice but expensive. They did have everything. They had outings, and they had the meals. The menu seemed to be very good, but we didn't eat there. They have what you would expect for what you pay. The people were very accommodating too.

Atria Park of Pacific Palisades was elegant. They’re very friendly. We were looking for memory care, so activities were not for memory care, and my mother couldn’t participate. The dining area was great. I think there was a ballroom and a living room.
