This facility is amazing, they are so good to my 90 yr old mama, she had been in the hospital 33 days and this is where she is getting better She gets physical Therapy daily she has food that she loves, they are so good and she loves them all. The nurses go above and beyond, Lindsey is a great nurse, our fave.. our CNA Maura is truly amazing and she too makes my mama smile, all of the staff is great including her PT. This place is clean and it's safe for her, and for once I have peace of mind knowing she is okay. They call me every evening to ask how i am for they see me every day and they know im tired, they call to tell me things and they call me to update if im not there. God Bless the staff and Thank you Jesus for providing us with the knowledge and wisdom to help my Mother, and for this facility

I am a resident and after my fall the nurses who seen it never made a report.I mentioned it to s cna the following day and now they want to drill me fact still remains. No notation was made

My mom is a resident there, and has been taken care of very well. We tried two other facilities near by that either made too many mistakes, or didn't move fast enough to ward off infections that later turned into emergency room trips. This place has been very sensitive to my mom's specific needs and were quick and professional in working with myself and other family members to keep my mom healthy and happy. The smaller facility allows for more one on one time with the cna's, lvn's and rn's. Overall a good choice for a snf

My Father was a resident there until I had him transferred. It is a descent place but the staff is horrible! The poor CNA's are run to the ground my nurses that degrade them in front of patients. They have a male nurse whom I'm not sure of his name is just down right unprofessional!! I had my father transferred because of him. I spoke with the director Doris I believe her name was and all she did was make excuses. Stay clear of this place.

This facility is clean and I didn't detect any odors. They are under new management and are undergoing a remodeling. It is a smaller skilled nursing facility. The semi-private rooms are clean and spacious. The grounds have been landscaped for residents to use them for rehab; lots of benches scattered about. The menus were standard fare and I didn't see anything fresh on the menu. The downside is that it is located on a busy street and parking is in the rear of the building and the entrance is in the front.
