My brother stayed at JR Bella Home for the Elderly. I was extremely satisfied with their services. They were just so kind and caring. He was under hospice care when he got there, although when we first started looking for the place it was just going to be assisted living. It was extraordinary. I would never hesitate to recommend them to anybody. The owner's personal care, his personal attention to detail, was just extraordinary. My brother only was there for 21 days, but it was a lovely experience in terms of how well he was cared for. The owner was very amenable to letting us decorate the way we wanted to. It was light and airy and there was a big sliding glass door. I asked if I could put a birdfeeder outside on the lawn where we could see it from my brother's room, and he said, "Of course, please do." They were very lovely there. He was not eating their food, but they really tried very hard. They tried everything, like ice cream for breakfast. Anybody who wants very personal and very dedicated care for their loved one, I would recommend it. The staff was very lovely. Everybody there was welcoming, caring, considerate, and did their job. Cleanliness was a five, not only just in the maintenance of the place, but also the people wearing gloves and being considerate about spreading things between patients and things. They were very good about that. It wasn't a brand-new place, but it was very well-maintained. When I found out that we were going to have to put him in hospice care when he left the hospital, I immediately contacted Nestor the owner of JR Bella and told him the situation. I said, "Is the room still there if he's under hospice?" He assured me that it was. He called me several times during my brother's hospitalization just to see how he was. He had never even met him at that point and he was worried about him. Nestor and his crew deserve a lot of accolades. I wish my brother would not have passed away so soon. He could have enjoyed that facility for a much longer time. I can't imagine him being anywhere else in such a frail condition with the loving attention that he got there. They stayed up with him through the night. They made sure he was being encouraged to take fluids. They were just amazingly caring and wonderful.

My friend moved in and my overall experience is good. The staff members are helpful and good. It's a nice big house. Everything is pretty good, but not fantastic.
