My dad was at A Precious Care Villa for three and a half weeks. The staff was nice and they cooked different meals for the residents. They provided care for the residents in general. However, they should pay more attention to the resident's hydration needs. Sometimes elderly people don't drink as much water unless you ask them again. Other than that, they have a nice staff. I visited my dad every day and from what I saw, they took care of their residents. They were pretty nice and pretty helpful. The facility was also nice and clean. When my dad was there, two staff members looked a little bit older, that lifting my dad was a little bit difficult for them, but both of them were good staff. There were times when he got very wet diapers and they weren't changed, but that only happened once in a while.
