My husband is at Sherman Village Health Care right now. It's a lot better than the hospital, and they're really attentive at the rehab center. I haven't had any negative experiences with the staff. I don't have any complaints about the place.

Very rude and nasty. Tammy was rude speaking over, making sure that I understood about them caring for money first and choosing patients based on financial criteria. I would never go back to them!

I really enjoyed being here during my visit volunteering with music. I used to think that departing a real home is devastating, by I have completely changed my mind after visiting the Sherman Village Hcc. I saw that not only the elderly enjoy each others company, but also the staff is very playfull with them and very relaxed. Maybe all CA is, but these staff would laugh with them, talk sweetly to them like talking to a child, or even sometimes as their own family grandma/grandpa. I've seen that the elders are treated as the staff's own family. I love the way they keep a nice lunch schedule and activities schedule as a sort of reminder every minute of what is going to happen next. Is so beautiful. The nurses try to be as fast as they can because you do see 2 or 3 people needing help at the same time, and the nurses running here and there. At the end of it all, definitely you see the care.
