Country Villa Sheraton is not horrible, but it is very short-term. It is for rehabilitation until my aunt can come home. The food isn’t great. The people are very nice. It is not the very best, but it is not horrible. I saw that they had something like a nail day, some socials, and some music. The staff is nice, and they are attentive. It is like a little close-knit society, and there are all different kinds of people.

They don't tell you when you walk in that you are about to have the worst experience of your life. The only person who spoke English...barely, was the receptionist, who gave me the wrong directions to my Father's room. I ended up in the laundry room that smelled as foul as a rotten sea bass. None of the employees spoke English. When I asked for my Dad's room, they looked at me like I just said, "The goat's milk is on fire." By the time I finally got to my Father's room (it took 3 more employees before I found one that spoke English) I felt like I needed to take a shower. My first impression was "My Father deserves better than this." He was stuck in a small space, divided by a shower curtain. I could tell by the look on his face that he would rather be anywhere but here. The stench was overwhelming. When he introduced me to a Hispanic nurse, stating, "This my son." She yelled something in Spanish and ran off. We both looked at each other and laughed. Two thumbs down for this "Country Villa" located in the worst part of town.

My mom stayed at Country Villa Sheraton for about ten days. The staff was good and nice. She was in a shared room, and it was a small room with a curtain in between.

My aunt's family members selected Country Villa. I'm not thrilled about it. It's clean, and it's spacious for the two of them. It's adequate;, it's OK. There's nothing wrong with it. I know my aunt is not able to partake in the activities. Given the amount of money they pay and what they have to do, they're doing a fabulous job.
