I visited this facility 2 months ago. It is very clean the staff is lovely and warm. Everything in the house is brand new and sparkling clean so we went ahead and signed up for my mom. My mother is very happy, they threw her a birthday party with martinelies apple cider for champagne haha. I also loved the fact that each person has a call button if they need to call the caregiver. They have 24 awake staff 7 days a week which is a must in my opinion. I highly recommend this facility. A+++
