Finding this place was a blessing after trying Encompass and Hylond. Acacia has professional and friendly staff, an amazing Admissions Director who took the time to listen and go the extra mile to help. My fathers' care has been compassionate, wholistic in all aspects a human being can have. I highly recommend this place and wished there were more places like this in the San Joaquin Valley. For sure, their model of care and system is the best I have seen since Stanford Hospital.

My wife was injured and spent some Time recovering and Rehab at Acasia Park, I was surprised how nice and friendly the nurses and staff members were. It is an older facility but very well kept and clean, the crews were continually polishing the floors and keeping the rooms clean and always smiling and friendly. I am grateful for the service that my Wife did receive at Acasia Park. Thank you all. Joseph

I needed a place to care for my mother and my neighbor who works at acacia park suggested I check it out. I am so glad I did. The staff is awesome, the coordinator is the best. Any time day or night, any hour, you can just pop in and visit your parent. I love that. They are super friendly, caring and they truly are awesome.

My grandmother was a patient in this facility for skilled nursing for 2 months for a fractured hip. Her therapy staff was outstanding and had a lot of patience convincing my 85 year old stubborn grandmother to participate daily in her therapy. The nursing staff was knowledgeable and very friendly. The care was very good. The building itself is very old and dated! The owner needs to invest in some new paint and updating the patients rooms with some cheerful bedding and wall hanging. Overall my family and my grandmother was treated very well by all staff members and the care was very good.

My grandma has been at Acacia for about five years and they do a really good job taking care of her. The nurses and CNA's are nice and treat the residents like their friends. They set up different activities everyday in a big activity room and give the residents a lot of opportunities to interact and be social with eachother. I'd reccomend this place :)

I highly recommend Acacia Park. My dad passed away, and he was only there for two months. They did good work there. He was happy there.

The facility was kept clean, and seemed well maintained. The staff was generally friendly, and assisted us as needed. My grandmother did not speak much, and was very stubborn, but the staff was helpful, and kind. My grandfather would come to see her nearly every day, and stay by her side and talk to her. The nurses and staff were very helpful with assisting my grandfather who needed a walker himself to get around. My grandmother shared a room with one other elderly lady. She was not generally around, but did not seem to keep my grandmother much company. There was one TV per room. It was shared between the two beds. There was one bathroom. It was not excessively large, but not entirely cramped either. The staff did have issues with us trying to get her cable set up in her room for her. The price was not great, but it was not bad for the quality of service. During Christmas time, the decor seemed sparse.
