We're overall very happy with Hy-lond. The service was very good. The staff, the nurses, the assistant nurses, the administration, and the office take care of the residents. If you needed something, they were there to help. They took care of my dad. The building is old and they have three people in one room on each side, so six people are sharing one bathroom; that's the only downside about it. Other than that, they were five stars. They had activities like Bingo and arts and crafts.

This place is horrible. My dad is currently there and we are trying to get him moved. His nurse gave him the wrong medication, his nurse lied and said he ate today but my dad said he hadn’t eaten anything all day. He only drink water but he never has any in his cup when we visit. The nurses rarely check on him. His call button is on the floor each time he gets a visit. ( He is paralyzed on one side and not able move on his own). He’s only gotten his physical therapy a few times. My dad was in tears today over how badly he is being treated. This place is just horrible and when we brought questions up to the nurse she just lied and we were told to leave because visiting hours were over, but they weren’t. Please do not send your loved ones here!

And 3/day for 15min each. Trying to get someone to answer the phone is seriously a joke. My aunt and dad was here abt 12 yrs ago and the place has not improved! I wud Not recommend anyone to bring thier loved ones here! I wudnt even give them one star if I cud. And pls don't respond cuz ur response is automated

My sister was left in pain, for hours. They refused to give her the medication, because they didn't have right dosage. They didn't assist her to go to the restroom. She pressed call button but they never answered her. I feel sorry for the patients they have. They shouldn't have a business if they have no compassion for their patients. Bad Nurses!!

My mother-in-law was at Hy-lond. It smelled really bad. Anytime we went in there, it stunk like a dirty diaper. I was not thrilled. People would walk by you like you weren't even there even if you had a question. It was not a good place as far as we were concerned. They need to improve on their family-patient relationships.

We highly recommend Hy-Lond. The staff was very caring, friendly and professional. The building is not the newest, but well seasoned and comfortable. My wife went in for therapy for a hip replacement, and very quickly improved. Over all, the experience was very positive for us.

The social service chose Hy-lond Healthcare for my brother. They have a very low standard, dirty, and old place. Nothing was updated and the services were substandard. The staff are mediocre. The place was very depressing. They need to improve their services, their food, their decor, and quality nurses.

The Nursing staff at this facility is good. Some go above and beyond while others simply meet mediocrity, although it is few it brings down the crowd. The building isn't in the best shape but has under gone some renovations and plans are to continue these renovations. Maintenance could be better, the maintenance manager is always walking about and talking but never really seems to be doing anything maintenance wise. This building is close to memorial hospital, which makes it convenient if anything were to happen, god forbid. The building also has an on site rehab facility that is top notch. The nursing staff, while contracted in contains some high quality talent that care deeply for their patients. Although the food may not be the best the kitchen staff is also great here; People enjoy their jobs and they enjoy whom they work for. Overall it is a good place, not a great place.
