When I toured the Seaside Terrace III, they were your normal people that were pretty much on hospice, and that wouldn't have been good for my wife. She was pretty active and wanted to talk to people. So that just wasn't the right fit. This was one of the facilities that were owned by a doctor or a nurse. The rooms were pretty big. One of the rooms had its own bath, and then the other ones had a shared bath. The owner gave us the tour; he was very nice. The facility looked clean. They only have a TV in the room. They do have somebody that comes in once a week and plays music, and that's about it. They don't have 24-hour care. In other words, their staff works from seven to seven. If you need assistance after seven, you press the button, and they will wake up, but then they charge you every hour for that. I just think that if you're there, a patient should not be in a diaper from 7:00 or 5:00 at night until 7:00 in the morning when they wake up. That's just not right.
