Rooms are clean, and decent sized. Staff is always helpful and polite. Residents do have things to do if capable. Bingo, movies , coloring. They do have TV in rooms . There is a cable fee that the resident pays. Which is pretty much the norm for most the places in the area.

My mother had a horrible stay at this facility. She was sent there after a bad fall and dislocated shoulder, which resulted in a hospital stay. She would go for 7+ hours without being changed, the entire time she was there (10 days), she was never bathed, just given a wet washrag once. Because of COVID, they were piling 4 people into one room to isolate them. We couldn't wait to be able to bring her home. Everyday she was there she would just cry and cry over the phone.
