I’m so glad I was able to help a friend to find this new home for her father-in-law. We were instantly impressed by how homey it felt. Very comfortable, clean, smells good. Everyone we met from staff to residents were friendly and welcoming. What we feared would be a difficult transition was not. He loves it here. He likes his room, the food and the people. I highly recommend it!

I went to Ivy Park at Culver City. It was a nice place. But we went late in the evening, so nothing was open. I would suggest to anybody who's going to go visit to do it during the day. Otherwise, the place looked nice and everything. The people were nice. The lady was very informative. We asked a lot of questions, and she was able to answer. It was just a nice facility as far as we could see. The dining rooms were nice. It looked like they gave a lot of options for the people living there. They showed us their calendar with all the different activities they take everybody on. The workers were all pleasant.

Ivy Park at Culver City is gorgeous. It's beautiful, but it's way too big and a little overpriced for our price range. It was a beautiful location. If I could afford it, I would live there. They had apartments though and my mom doesn't need an apartment. We just needed her to be in a comfortable room where we could go visit with her and where she doesn't feel cramped whether she shares a room or not. They were almost too fancy, but that's probably the trend now. It was nice. The staff was great. The kitchens are lovely. I felt like I was in a little restaurant. I went and looked inside and it's like when you go to a nice hotel and they have their restaurant in their hotel. Each floor was massive with spacious areas to sit, play cards or watch TV, or have happy hours. I'm sure a lot of people that live there want to just go down and have a glass of wine or go have some dinner and go back up to their room. It was very, very nice. I didn't eat the food there, but I went in the mornings and I could smell the bacon. It was very good. Emily was very nice. She gave me a tour of the place and I was just wowed by the place. It's kind of secluded. If you blink, you'll pass it because it's further back. It's recessed from the street. So the entrance has a lot of parking spaces. It's very nice and the building is fancy. It's like the Biltmore Hotel or something. It is very pretty.

Ivy Park at Culver City was a very nice place. It's a little more than I wanted to spend, but it's very nice. I looked at a two-bedroom apartment. They said you could bring your own furniture in if you want to and a desk. They had a bed there and a bathroom in the room. I went to the whole memory care place and it was all very nice. They had the dining room and the activities rooms. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Ivy Park at Culver City is a very pristine facility. It's beautiful. The person I met with was very personable and professional. They did not have any openings, but she made every effort to show me a memory care room. They have a host of activities for memory care. They had a shared room, which was very nice. The rooms have their own bathrooms and showers, but it's more like a dorm setup, so there's no privacy. But overall, I was very impressed with the facility. The decor almost felt like a five-star hotel.

I have a family member that lives here and this was the best move. The staff is warm and friendly. They always make her favorite thing for breakfast. The last place she was in only let her get breakfast if she was in the dining room by 9am. This place the dining room is open all day. The caregivers are really loving and pay attention to the way my grandma likes things done (she's a very pick lady). She drinks wine at Happy hour everyday and takes yoga classes. She was depressed at home during covid but seems so much happier now. She even has a new girl group.

Awful place. The new company (Oakmont) is all about making money. The building looks nice, but don't be fooled by that. The food is awful, and most of their original and caring staff is gone. They are currently working with loaned staff (borrowing caregivers from agencies (contractors)). If you are looking for a nice, enjoyable and safe place for your loved one(s), please pick a different place.

Please do not put your loved ones in this place. Every since Oakmont took over this facility has been reduced to a place only motivated by money and greed. They got rid of all of the good staff, are insanely understaffed, the food is not palatable, and they are negligent with the residents. They also just raised every residents rent between 7-10%. My mother is currently a resident so i know firsthand what is going on.
