Mom moved into Hope House LLC. They're really good. It's immediate, when you walk through the door, to just get the energy that comes from that house, from the people that are there. They've all got many years of experience with people with memory problems, Alzheimer and dementia. Some of them are from their own family members, and they've had to experience that. So they draw on a lot of things that give them an advantage and make the residents there feel comfortable. They are a family-oriented program where they want the families to be involved. They want to have that community of being able to talk to your mom or help come and visit her or your dad. It's a brand-new facility that's just been put together. So everything's up to date, modern and ready to go and very accessible and very, very comfortable. Anything you need done, like the laundry, they feed you, they take care of your medication systems and order your prescriptions from a pharmacy and get them delivered there. They are actively out walking and exercising when whoever needs to wants to. And they get that special individual touch that affects the patients there. And then you can see how they are very attached to those people and how they become good friends in a lot of ways. And they all look out for each other. And the interaction among the residents, too, is terrific. They're all buddies and they're all there for the same thing. So it's an amazing thing to see.

I have been looking for a place where my mother can feel comfortable . My Wish I could give this place 5 stars .Facility is clean and nursing staff is very polite. However just like when I shopped for a home . I drove by and parked to observe Hope House. The neighborhood is sketchy , but my mother wouldn't be walking the streets . My observation. Loud young males and females coming in and out of the facility back entrance and front entrance as well , seem to live out of a back house in the same property as hope House. I also experienced young teens doing donuts in the middle of the street ( which is a residential street ) car coming to close to facilities front yard, where I was told activities are held for hope House residents . Wish it could of work out, facility location was good, but was a bit hesitant after my observation
