Hollywood Hills, a Pacifica Senior Living Community is a wonderful facility. Mom is quite comfortable with it. We, as a family, are comfortable with the way they take care of her, the atmosphere there, and the facility as a whole, like the physical therapy, the exercises, the meal plans, everything that they have to offer. We just love it. The memory care staff is wonderful. They are very caring, very understanding, and very patient. They are very specific to the needs of each person. Mom has a low sodium diet and they're very attentive to making sure that her meals are like that, but still very tasty, because she's an extremely picky eater. They have daily movies, they do field trips on Fridays, live music on Tuesdays, exercises every day during the week, lots of walking, and lots of communication with other residents and staff. Everything is pricey. You get what you pay for is true to form.

I visited Hollywood Hills. We've talked about both assisted living and memory care, but we're more inclined to look at the memory care. I was impressed with it. It's well kept and clean. They had handrails in all the halls. If people needed assistance, they could just reach them to hold on. The staff seemed friendly. They were friendly with me, and they knew all the people there, and they spoke to all the residents that they ran across. The rooms that we were shown were vacant. We would have to supply any furniture that goes in there. Basically, we looked at single rooms. We didn't look at shared rooms.

I toured Hollywood Hills, a Pacifica Senior Living Community, and the woman I met there was very nice, very informative, and welcoming. The location was nice. The facility was clean and bright. Several of the rooms had a nice view, and they were updated and clean. The dining area was modern and spacious. I liked the garden area, too. The place was like a five-star hotel. It was beautiful.

My brother is staying at Hollywood Hills, A Pacifica Senior Living Community and it's very clean. It's like a hotel, and so it's very upscale. The apartment is small but luxurious. The staff is extremely professional and the services are excellent. They have exercises, movie nights, short and long field trips, a gym, and a hair salon. So, he has so many activities available. They have a premier chef and a clean dining room with fresh flowers on the table. They can order off the menu or from the menu. He also has a designated day for them to clean his room, wash his clothes, and change the linen. It's expensive, but it's well worth it.

I can’t say enough good things about Hollywood Hills. Not only is the community beautiful and inviting. The staff is very friendly and professional. I toured a couple of times and watched their interaction with the residents. The residents that we met seemed very happy. My mom enjoyed chatting with them before & after our tour. We met Jana the community relations director when I brought my Mom in to take a look. She is upbeat , personable, and knowledgeable. I knew for a fact I wanted my mom be here! She and Vanessa ( who is the director ) truly went outside of the box to help make things work as I was trying to convince my reluctant mother to move here from the east coast. Due to logistics we ended up not bringing my mother here but if things ever change on our end I would not hesitate to have her reside at Pacific Hills.

We are in the pre-move in stage. We like the facility tho would not have considered ourselves Hollywood types. We like their idea of transitional care. The assistance of Jana has been wonderful. No question too silly. Clear, straightforward answers. It was obvious residents knew her too. Looking forward to move in.

My father is in memory care at Hollywood Hills, and he has been there for two weeks now. Everybody is friendly, and it's clean. I don't really have any complaints. His room is clean, large, and spacious. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The building is very nice and clean. So far, I'm pretty satisfied with it. However, it's really expensive.

Hollywood Hills is wonderful. My mother actually loves it. I can't say enough about it. I'm absolutely extremely pleased. My mother has been a resident since the 1st of July, so it has been 90 days. It's very well run. They're very conscientious and very empathetic. It's a great, great community. Everything is lovely. It's a brand new facility. It's absolutely beautiful. She has a private room; she loves it. The service is great, the food is great, and the people are great. Everything is great. It's a lovely facility and absolutely beautiful. I don't have any complaints.

My brother is a resident of Hollywood Hills. So far, it's excellent. He has been there for a full month now. The staff is wonderful. His room is excellent. I'm in Houston, Texas and my other brother who is out there with me is from Upstate New York. We found this place via a friend of my brother. My brother is 84 years old. We found it and we interviewed them. It took my brother maybe about two weeks to get orientated. He loves the meals, of course. Now he is doing physical therapy three times a week; he loves that. He loves the movies after lunch and after dinner. He loves the fact that there is a gym there. The residents are lovely. My brother is enjoying the food. The facility is excellent. He seems to enjoy the activities.

My aunt lives in Hollywood Hills. I think that it is an absolutely wonderful facility, and the potential it has is going to be amazing. They just re-open and they got some things that they needed to work out. Once those things are worked out, it will be so great. The staff that I met are extremely nice. My aunt also has had positive experiences with the staff. They are very friendly. There are just things that need to be worked out and it is more about the night staff, and not the one attending to the people, when they press their button to ring for help. I think that's our biggest concern right now. Right now, they have bingo, they have discussion groups, they have a garden group, they do some exercise groups sometimes, they have movie night every night, and they'll celebrate holidays. My aunt is quite happy with the food. It is a new facility and they are working out some things and once the things are worked out, it's going to be a fantastic place. It really will.

My brother moved into Hollywood Hills a couple of months ago. They have gone through a lot of turmoil and a lot of turnover of staff. They lost paperwork, and they sent me papers to re-sign. I will give them a low grade on that. The facility is very nice. I've gotten to know various people but I haven't met the new executive director. She has only been there a couple of months now or less. We went there partly because we really like the people when we first went there, but then they all left. I like the sales people who stayed. I really like them. I love my brother's room, I love the building, and I love the facility. It took a long time to move in because they were refurbishing the building and I think everything went longer. They still have a lot of problems since they moved people in; the dishwashers weren't working. It took over a year to supposedly get all of those things right. My anticipation of it being a great place is still there. I anticipate that. They have a lot more bumps on the road than I've experienced in any place else, but it's my first experience with a brand new one or one that's just freshly re-open. I understand there can be issues like that, but I still anticipate that it's going to end up working out really well. They still have work to do. The price is not out of line; it's right within standards.

Activities with Robert are fun and enlightening. I love eating in the dining room. The staff cares. They are always willing to help. I love watching movies with friends. To me, it seems like the space in my room is treated in an improper way. You get enough room for the living room, but it takes away from the bedroom. Outdoor is only a yard, and that's about it. The response to room service is very poor. If I call, 'You come and help me in my room,' they get here two or three hours later.

Thank you Jana and Hollywood Hills for making this journey for Al a much easier process. I’ve been looking for several weeks for a dear friend that needs to be in a safer and more reliable setting. I was frustrated until I came across Hollywood Hills. It is five star quality, beautiful amenities, great staff, movie screening room, gym , lobby bar, cleaning services and so many other options. There is nothing in the los Angeles area that compares! Truly a godsend! Vanessa, Sharon, and Robert have been unbelievable as well in their customer service skills, care and making sure that everything went smoothly and like clockwork. I can’t thank you all enough for making this such a beautiful experience. Sincerely, Brian Perry
