I had an excellent experience with Better Living & Care Homes. I reviewed a few different facilities before I decide on this one. The staff members that I meet on the initial visit were very friendly and informative. And, I was able to follow-up with different questions and concerns. I felt very secure because there was 24 hour care, and extra assistance for personal use. Plus, I appreciated the transportation that was provided to take and pick up my mother from different doctor's appointments. The grounds are very beautiful. I enjoyed personal walks between the foliage; when the weather was permitting. I felt very secure in the care that was provided to my mother during the later years of her life.
