The Lake Elsinore community runs lengthwise between the rugged San Jacinto Mountains and The Links at Summerly, which challenges seniors with its gently rolling fairways on a par-72 course.

Heritage Residential Care I provides homelike residential and Alzheimer's care for seniors who need help across the spectrum, from light assistance with activities of daily living to full-time supervision and hospice care. The facility houses up to six residents aged 60 and over. Attentive staff members at the site also provide respite care on short- to medium-term arrangements.

Heritage Residential Care I is a pet-friendly facility with a 24-hour staff providing medication reminders and assistance monitoring residents' blood sugar for administering pills. Staff also provide discreet and dignified bowel and bladder care for residents with continence issues, as well as complimentary transportation and standby during medical office visits. Lift assistance is provided for residents, with a Hoyer lift on standby to help with total transfer into and out of bed, baths and other places.
