Food brought to facility for resident disappears and the constantly changing staff knows nothing about it. Staff often doesnt speak English. Facility is clean! Staff stability is a constant problem. Every staff member blames the director for all the issues and shortcomings I've noticed. They claim to have zero input into these decisions by the director. All staff are fearful of the director, a woman named Imelda. There are zero activities for residents. The advertised Physical Therapist does not exist. The rooms are nice but small. A stable English speaking staff would help greatly in solving issues. Staff shouldn't be so afraid of the director. This is a concern.
