It has changed! Patients are cared for physically and emotionally. My pops is thriving. I am so grateful for the love and care they bestow on him and everyone. My pops is wheelchair bound, but he has never had a bed sore or any signs neglect. His physical and mental health have improved since he has been there. The patients smile, and joke with each other and the staff. Not sure? I recommend taking a visit any time, and you will find a clean place, smiling patients and caring staff. And it doesn't smell "funny".

RN Jennifer very rude, couldn't even answer a simple question about visiting. Seemed very overwhelmed when asked and said she was trying to handle a patient and talk to someone else (yet she answered the phone). Very nervous about my relative being there considering the reputation this place has and the incompetence of this "RN".

Where to begin...After more than 3years of my brother being in The Indio Rehabilitation Center and me trying to retrain myself from writing a bad review I've finally had enough. The anger and rage that I'm feeling right now towards this facility is no joke. My brother uses a G tube for both feeding and his meds intake. Tell me why we get a call from JKF saying my brothers G tube is cogged due to a pill not being properly dissolved?!! Him falling off his bed, lips severely chapped, depends not being changed on time...Yet, this call really hit me differently. The NEGLECT!!! How do train nurses not know how to properly dissolve a damn pill?! HOW?!

My husband was a patient there for 5 weeks and the facility lost his dentures the 2nd day he was there. Consequently he is basically starving to death!!! He was diagnosed with AFTT (Adult failure to thrive) and put in hospice. They are to replace his dentures but refuse to take my phone calls and I have to keep cancelling the dentist appointments because they need payment. Even if I had the money I don't want to pay because I do not trust them to pay for them. Because of the Covid we knew absolutely nothing until the day he came home

in the last week My grandfather was there for less than two weeks, went back to the hospital due to the staffs neglect to keep his IV pick line clean. His body became septic and got pneumonia. It Took the doctor a week to decide this after his body stayed swollen for the last week he was there!!! But in actually a nurse told us she has to "talk" the doctor into admitting back into the hospital... Also making a complaint about the doctor who "attended" to him, poorly...

My father was here after sudden becoming ill, he needed to be fed by a tube and was very unhappy to not be home. The staff was very kind and helped him/us with that transition. I've other experiences with other local nursing homes and I have to say this is the best one so far. Its also very clean and does not have that yucky typical nursing home smell.

My father was taken here after being discharged from the hospital. This is the worse place to leave your loved ones. The place is filthy, staff is rude and do not care. He has a rash from sitting in his BM for over a hour. He was not taken care of and I removed him from the facility.

I had to be there for 6 weeks of antibiotics, I have never had to be away from home for that long. The staff were kind and caring. My meals were good, and place was clean, if I needed medical care, I would choose them in a heartbeat.

My Mother in Law went there after surgery and they almost killed her. They "manhandled" her and they were rude and very uncaring. They need to be shut down. Horrible place!!

worst place! My cousin was not cared for at all. She had bedsores from this dirty place. The staff are all rude and they would rather not bother with the patients. Awful feeling when you walk down the halls. I hope to never step foot in there again.
