Visited this community when looking for a place for my aunt. I would of moved her here in a heartbeat if she didnt stay in Nevada with my cousin. I enjoyed having lunch with the residents. Everyone was so pleasant.

Ararat Gardens was very nice, and the people were nice. I had lunch there. It was a chicken dish with rice, and it was really good. The room sizes were pretty good, and they looked very comfortable. The facility was located in a kind of an enclosed area. It was not like out in the countryside or something like that. And it didn't have a lot of space to walk around in, like walking trails.

Windsor seemed like an older building. You couldn't really tell from the outside what you were going to see on the inside. The minute you stepped inside, you were like, "Wow!" It was nice, clean, extremely large, and busy. People seemed to be a lot more involved. The staff were all very, very nice. They answered all the questions I had. They had group field trips, some exercise classes, and a separate craft room, where you could go in and do arts and crafts. They had their own movie theater, where they show movies. You could either go in there and watch the movie, or it would stream onto your TV if you didn't want to leave your room.

Everything is good but the staff there. I was talking to a lady, who said that she would just give me a call if I qualified. I called a couple of times and she called back to let me know she'll call if I qualified, but she never did. I went there to look for independent living. Everything is fine, it looks very clean and very good, but the price is higher than the other places I visited. Location-wise, the temperature is quite warm too so it's not the best location for me either. The place is modern and very clean so it's very nice.

We chose them because it's close to my parents' home. It's clean, and they've got a friendly vibe, and competent staff. We were informed of activities and facilities. They have a physical therapy room, a workout room, a dining room area, and crafts and games for mental acuity for the residents.

My tour here was good. The representative was pretty nice and the place itself was also good. They have one- and two-bedrooms which are more like apartments. They told me about and gave me a list of the activities that they have.

We were happy with them. Part of it is a one-story facility and it's connected to a three or four-story independent living section. There are gardens and it's just a nice place. The sales representative, Jennifer, was very helpful. The dining area was fine. There was jewelry being done and dancing when I was there. They have somebody that comes in and does haircuts, and there's a dentist that comes in. We saw actual independent living, assisted living, and skilled nursing rooms.

I really liked them. It was such a pleasant environment, they were very engaging, and I got to see their activities. It was very clean, well-decorated, and the rooms were really nice. The staff seemed to be friendly and helpful. They were working on crafts when I walked in. It was very welcoming, and they even had someone playing piano in the dining area.

The people that work here are very nice. They have very good activities and good meals. She has a single room, so there's a bedroom, a bathroom, a refrigerator, and a microwave. It has a garden, and it's very pretty.
