What I like most about Nan’s TLC Home are the regulations that were being adhered to which they have posted. I appreciate that. It’s about all legal matters and all the standards. They are aware of what they are supposed to do. They are aware of the pros and the consequences; they are aware of the patients’ rights. They are just very much aware of the expectations of everyone, including the state. The rooms are small, but it is expected. My suggestion is if they’re going to room two people, they should make a bigger room. The people that have one room have a bigger unit. But the rooms are clean. The staff are friendly and caring and awake when they are supposed to be. As for the activities, I see that they watch TV, and I know that they have games.
