My sister was in Joyful Living RCHE, which was a home-type facility. I toured many of the facilities that were assisted care/hospice-type situations, and they were the cleanest and most attentive by far. It was one of the places where you walk in and it was a beautiful facility, and they had loving, caring people. The staff was phenomenal. The food was good, but it wasn't really phenomenal. They had personal interactions, and she'll be taken out to walk if she wants to do that. She can either watch TV or have social time with the other clients there. The activities were modest. It's extremely clean, wheelchair friendly, a very good layout for what they have, and very private.
