We're working with Fresno Guest Home VII right now. It is one of their older homes, and it has six bedrooms with four bathrooms. Everything looks very clean and not institutionalized. It looks like a home, but this is converted so that it can accommodate many residents and so on. When you first enter the home, there's an office on the left and then a hallway, and to the left are the bedrooms with the bathrooms. The bathrooms are very accessible for wheelchairs. They provide a supportive pole to help their residents transition from the bed to the wheelchair with assistance to help them gain strength, so I like that. They have somebody there 24 hours. In addition to that, they have two people there during the day and evening to help the residents with their daily care and get them involved in activities. They cook and feed them. It was as if what a family would do to take care of their loved ones if they could do that. So I thought they did a very nice job of providing that type of environment for the residents there. Because it's a residential home, there's only a maximum of six residents, so there's more intimate one-on-one attention given to the residents. What's been helpful is that their administrative team has stepped in and helped the family with tracking the Medi-Cal application and getting all of that paperwork in place, because that was a nightmare for me, having to figure out how to do this and how to be successful at doing it and getting it done as quickly as possible. They have their own doctor. The doctor makes a full examination once a month. I saw their staff in the kitchen with the residents sitting at the dining table. The staff was fixing a snack. The person who gave me the tour said that it's not a situation where they put food in for the residents and the residents don't like it or don't eat it, and that's it. If for some reason, they don't like the food or can't eat the food that they're being served, they do try to fix something that the resident can eat because they feel that nutrition is paramount to the healing process. So I like that very much.
