I would rate Citrus Nursing Center negative because they sent Dad home with a different patient's medication. It's not clean and I don't think the staff tended to the patients there. He was in a room of three and he got sent back to the hospital because they weren't monitoring him. They weren't trying to see how he was doing and they didn't seem to listen to the family member. The food was kind of appetizing the way they served it to my dad. At that time, he was able to eat pureed food. He had a gallbladder issue, but they didn't even clean the site or change the gauze. He went back to the hospital and he ended up having MRSA. I don't think it's a good environment to have your loved one go there. The staff was not good. They didn't know his history. Even the charge nurse didn't know his history.

One of the better assisted living facilities in the Inland empire area. The cost of services was average when compared with other centers and the individual care and atention was above average. When my uncle passed away, the staff was very considerate and thoughtful and worked with our mortuary services representative to give him the dignified attention that a World War I I veteran deserved.
