Extremely compassionate and caring staff. My grandma was admitted to their facility and they provided the best possible end of life care. They kept my grandma clean and in clean clothing. They repositioned often and made sure she was in clean diapers. The facility was well-maintained and clean. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming to our family. I would definitely recommend this facility to family and friends. In 2020, my grandfather was placed in their facility - while I didn't get to really experience the facility then as it was at the height of covid, staff went out of their way to ensure we could at least visit through the window. He also always appeared to be well-groomed and was kept comfortable at the end.

Having my mother-in-law in Fillmore Country Club has been very good. It's very close to where we live and has everything she needs. They also have a good price per month and a good caring staff. It's a smaller facility, so there are fewer people living there. It's very clean, well kept up, and very nicely laid out. They have a library, an activities room, a general meeting room, a TV room, a beauty salon upstairs, and a dining room area. They built it as a square so they could walk around the area. There's an outside patio in the middle of the place. It's very nice.

I went to Fillmore Country Club. It was nice. It was assisted living, and that was the reason we didn't pick them. I did a very quick tour. The apartments need to be upgraded a little bit. They're very dark, so they need to be painted. The common areas were nice enough. The staff was very helpful and very nice. They had a little corner that they call a salon. They have a small library. The dining room was nice.

My father is a resident at the FCC for the last 3 years. Love this place! The staff is caring and kind. Very small, ~45 apartments. Very clean and "homey". My dad would hate white marble and glam. An atrium garden area and front porch under shade trees. Everything is well maintained. Newly remodeled. Apartments are large. Communication with the staff is immediate and easy. My dad has escalating memory issues. Anywhere else would have probably moved him to a nursing home by now, but no. They are so caring that dad does great with them. The schedule makes him feel secure. They take care of meals, medications, doctor appts if needed and escalating care needs. A great place for your loved one.

Visitor

Fillmore Country Club was very nice. The only thing they didn't have was memory care. It was nice, very well priced, and clean, but it didn't have that level. They had a nice breakfast, lunch, and dinner section. The rooms seemed clean and nice. They had activities but we didn't see a lot because of our tour. They didn’t have anything for people with Alzheimer's. It didn't meet our criteria. Nevertheless, the staff was very knowledgeable. She explained everything and went over the pricing.

Mom's in Fillmore for about a month now. It's a good place, and she really likes it. It's clean, they did a remodel, and it's close to us and the family. She ended up getting a 2-bedroom place, and shared it with another person. It's roomy, and the bathrooms are huge. They have a happy hour on Fridays, she's gone on trips, and she played Bingo. The people are really friendly.
