My mom is staying at TreVista-Concord. It all looks very nice, very welcoming, and comfortable. They give you options on sizes of the rooms, and whether or not you share a room. The room is more than adequate in size. They offer all kinds of different activities: bingo and movie nights. They take them on outings and shopping trips. They have a very large lobby for everybody to get together. There's a piano. It's very bright, well lit, and tables and chairs are everywhere, and televisions. They offer a lot for the people there. The menus look to be very diverse and not routine/every day. They offer a lot. My mother is on a special menu, and they have done their best to accommodate her. She doesn't have any teeth and can't chew. They have tried to meet her needs.

I went to TreVista-Concord. One, I like that all of the rooms were private with a bathroom in them. I toured the shower room, the kitchens, and the activity rooms, and they were all nice and clean. I like that all their food is prepared in their own kitchen. It's kind of like home cooking in a restaurant. And I liked all the staff I met. I maybe met six people. The director there is a real personable person, and I really liked him. They have their own beautician there. And, they have lots of activities. My mom likes a certain amount of social activities. And I really like their list there. And I'm sure my mom will find her little miss and fit right into the community.

My mom stayed at TreVista Concord. It seemed fine. I was glad to see that other people were happy there. They were friendly. We liked the management and that the people were all trying to work with my mom to make her comfortable. They have lots of activities. They had a salon and a courtyard. It was in a residential area.

I toured the memory care of TreVista-Concord. It was excellent. It was well laid out for the needs of the people they were serving. All the staff was very nice, professional, and not pushy or anything. They had a little buffet and they said it was similar to what the people ate, but a little bit more extravagant, and it was excellent. I liked that the halls were very wide and they all had handrails on them. It wasn't overly done. It was simplistic. It was a breath of fresh air.

My aunt moved into TreVista-Concord. The facility is really clean, very bright, and welcoming. Her room is big and a nice size. When I walk through the facility, I see the other rooms, and they are a good size. The staff members were outstanding. They know every single person in the facility and know them all by name. They are just very welcoming and loving. They play games. They have karaoke nights and different activities throughout the day. I've seen bingo, happy hour, and somebody coming over playing the guitar or the piano. They do exercises, outings, and take the bus to places. They offer a lot to their residents. I've tried the food, and it was good. My aunt hadn't complained yet either.

The size of the apartments at TreVista-Concord was good, but they were just kind of too plain. The lady that gave me the tour gave me some really good prices and everything else, but she didn't tell me that it was her last day. I got a call from another guy a week later. I went in and he explained everything to me. By the time they got done, the costs were prohibitive. They just keep adding extras to the cost. However, both of them were OK. The guy was able to explain to me what it was. It's a nice facility, but the dining area was kind of central. The residents had to walk quite a ways, since their rooms were down the hallways and different places.

I visited TreVista-Concord. The location and the room, everything was so good. I was looking somewhere around close to maybe $2,500, that was my maximum budget, but the staff said since I was looking for a very short term, she said it would cost $150 per day. She was asking me to pay per day for 30 days. I wanted someone who can be around to check my father-in-law's BP, and also monitor him, but she said the nurse comes only Monday through Friday. The main thing is the cost was too much for what I had in my budget. Everything was awesome other than whatever I had in my budget. The manager I had appointment with showed up on time, and she showed everything, and explained everything.

I went to TreVista-Concord. It was a great tour. I had very knowledgeable people showing me all aspects including their memory care. They had large open areas for social gatherings, a clean and spacious showering room to help individuals with wheelchairs, and it seemed to have plenty of staffing. They had a courtyard and a library. The woman who gave me the tour was very personable, very knowledgeable, and very available to answer questions. I liked the place. Its cost was a little less, and it was a place I would consider.

TreVista-Concord is only one story. Most of the rooms don't have a shower. They have a couple of common shower rooms. If you wanted a room with a shower, it was $1,000 a month more. It's like two blocks from one of my doctors. I didn't get to see everything, and they didn't offer any food. I only met some of the staff going down the hall and the coordinator that I was interviewing with. I only saw the front lobby, the coordinator's office, and then the two rooms. It looked clean, but I don't really have an architectural eye. The hospital and doctors in Concord are five miles away or maybe less. It's right on the border of Pleasant Hill-Concord there. That would have been quite good for me as far as having to worry about transportation. Those were big pluses, but it's just too much money. Outback is over there, a bunch of smaller restaurants like Boston Market and Chinese and stuff like that.
