Our Father was there from June 2016 until he passed in February 2017. The Facility is Clean and the staff was very pleasant. We were Lucky to find El Encanto and our Vitas Group helped us alot. Very Grateful for the attention our Father received while at El Encanto.

My sister has been here since June 2015. NEVER a bad odor. This is the 1st nursing home of many I can say this about. She is happy there. They have bingo, church services, poetry, drawing and other activities. My sister told me about a bbq they had that she loved. Staff seem friendly and always cleaning.

1 star only because I couldn't leave 0. My grandmother has had maybe 2 caregivers who truly took care of her at this facility. She recently was transported to the hospital with bruising, a black eye, high blood sodium (she has high blood pressure and should be on specialized diet) and uncontrolled blood sugar (she's diabetic). We have had to address how she was placed in the bed (leg bent behind her), her hand not being cared for, her finger nails not being cut, her skin not being cared for, missing items. . .hard to understand how this place is still open. The staff does bare minimum and often times seem bothered by having to do what is expected of them.

My mother-in-law was in El Encanto nursing home for more than two weeks before she passed away. The environment was fine and the staff were nice. They were pretty good. I would recommend this facility.

The staff took their work very seriously. Procedures were adhered. Most of all, the staff seemed to really care for the residents like their own family. Meals were good, for cafeteria type food made in mass. The facilities were kept up well and the supervisors did their jobs well of making sure the CNA's did their jobs. Staff and residents seemed to have good rapport. There were enough activities, supervising staff, and materials for the amount of residents that were there. The residents were very well cared for as far as their hygiene, daily dress, and assisted in the areas they needed assistance.
