My sister is currently in Twin Oaks recovering from a stroke. I am so impressed with the staff. Everyone has been great and they really care. All the nurses that have worked with my sister have been great. Social services has been a big help to us also. I see patients roaming the halls everyday and they seem happy. I would reccomend Twin Oaks for your family member.

Please, don't send your loved ones here. I had to live here for 2 weeks. I stormed out and called the state on the conditions. Rotten food, filthy, lack of trained staff, lack of simple things like bedding and towels. Physical therapy was a joke. Run, don't walk away from this place.

Twin Oaks Post Acute Rehab was clean. Morale was a little better there than I expected. Overall, I think it was pretty good. My mom was not happy there, but I thought it was OK. The staff was not very quick, but when my mom there, they just had barebones staff. One aide took care of a lot of patients. There wasn’t good communication with the staff. I talked to somebody who told me one thing, then I went and talked to another person, and it was completely different. I thought the food was better than average.

For the most part my grandfather had a very pleasant stay at Twin Oaks. He was admitted to the facility twice last year, once for a 2 week stay and again a couple months later for a 4 week stay. My grandfather suffers from dementia and staff were always very helpful when he felt disoriented and confused. Both times he returned home he told us how wonderful the nurses were to him, we witnesses the same whenever we visited him. My only complaint is the facility has seemed to have gone downhill in general cleanliness over the years. My aunt was admitted to Twin Oaks around ten years ago and the facility seemed far less clean in 2011 than the previous decade. I think the main cause it the cleanliness different would be that there seemed to be a significant reduction in the number of staff compared to a decade ago. Overall I felt my grandpa received good care at Twin Oaks.

Twin Oaks was a beautiful care home! As soon as you step through the doors you are greeted by their friendly staff and beautiful, resort-like atmosphere. I toured through the facility with the admissions coordinator (Joey) and was amazed at how happy all of the residents seemed to be. They even had a recreation room with a nintendo wii for the residents to get a little modern exercise! The outside garden area was beautiful and well landscaped. It was a very pleasant experience and I would recommend Twin Oaks to any family looking for the right care facility for their family members.
