My husband is in Bayshire Carlsbad. They put him in skilled nursing until about three weeks ago and they moved him into assisted living. They're a good bunch of people. It's clean. The staff seems fine both in the skilled and assisted. I've got no problems with the care. They have programs. He says he gets more than enough to eat. He had been in there a year and a half ago for six months. When I walked in this time, the lady at the front desk where you signed in still remembered me from before. The staff is there helping other people. They seem to have big enough staff and they let people bring their pets. They provide entertainment. Everybody seems happy. The nurses and aides are all very nice.

My husband is in Bayshire Carlsbad. We're gonna move him from the nursing section over to the assisted living part. He's happy there and he's comfortable. He's hard to please, so the fact that he likes it there, I think we're gonna keep him there for now. He said he likes it a lot better than where he was. I like it because they communicate. I wasn't getting any communication from where he was at all about his condition and any improvements that were made or anything like that. He got there on the 7th, they had a conference call with me on the 14th to go over his status and whatnot and they just have very open communication. The staff is competent and they call me if there's anything that they need or he needs because he tends to be stubborn. He gets up when he shouldn't be getting up, so they make sure to call me and let me know everything that's going on. I haven't had any issues. He's really hard to please and he's happy there, so it must be very accommodating for him. He says the food is very good and it's a lot better than what he was used to. It's very clean, very calm and pristine. They do a good job keeping it up.

I visited and they were assisted living, but they're OK with me coming in as independent living. They offer three meals a day, they were doing bingo when I was there, they show movies, and there's a beauty parlor. I liked it, it was off the street, and it was really close to a shopping center. The parking was terrible. I was there for lunch, and we waited an hour and a half for our food, but the people I talked to seemed pretty happy. The staff was very nice and caring.

It was fairly new and very clean. Everybody was very polite and caring, gave us all the information we needed, and answered all our questions. We found some interesting aspects, like the rehabilitation that they have. The entire place was very nice. Fidel was the one who assisted us and he was very good.

I was fairly impressed. The staff was excellent. The sales manager was great and gave me all of the options. The rooms were beautiful. I liked the fact that there was a nursing station on each floor. The facility was quite nice, clean, and updated, which is what attracted me there.

It was nice. It wasn't where I took my parents to; I just went and visited myself. The staff was nice. It was too much like some of the other places I've been to, so I didn't go back. My dad doesn’t walk very well, and I didn't want to wear them out, so I tried to pick a variety of places. It was a nice place. I didn't eat there, but I looked at their dining area, and it looked nice.

The staff is very nice, and they showed me around. It is a very nice facility. The room was very nice, and they have a nice garden to walk around. The dining area was a good size. They have an activity board that lists something going on every day. The place is secured.

It was very close to where my parents live. The staff is great, and the food is fine. The room is not spacious, but it is clean. Parking is not so good.

Dad is already in this facility. We chose it because it's in the same town where he lives and it's near my sister who's caring for him. We also found that it was the same price as all the rest of the places we checked out. He likes the food, which is unusual because when we take him out to eat, he usually doesn't like it. The staff is very, very friendly and they always call him by his name. Everyone is always smiling and they're very cooperative with the family when we need to pick him up or bring him back. He doesn't spend much time in his room. His room is close to the common room where they all gather together. I think the interesting thing is he was an electrical engineer and his room is where they have a wall in big, red letters that says electrical for their electrical closet, I suppose, so when he sees the word electrical, he knows that's his turn. They go on a weekly bus tour and they can play Bingo or some games. They have the TV, but he doesn't watch the TV very much. He is allowed to go to the assisted living side for meals if he wants to and also for their entertainment. He's higher functioning than most of the people there.

I was here for six days of rehab and I was pleased with them for the most part. I felt I was dismissed too soon because I was improving and I had not had any rehab except for two days. The rooms were very nice and clean. It was a nice, cheerful place with nice grounds. The staff was nice.

Everything looked nice and clean. They were very pleasant. They had nice rooms, and it wasn't dark. I just looked at the rooms and talked to them about finances. It was very nice.

It was a newer facility. The staff there was pretty nice. It seemed to be the most affordable of the ones I have visited. They have small rooms and a lot of studio place. They also have a nice outside garden area inside the compound, which is important in our case. My husband is very much an outside person. I looked at the lunch menu that they offered, and it was OK. It looked all right, but they were not gourmet. They give you a choice, although not a very large choice.

I had made two visits here because that is probably the one that we will be moving my mother in. We were looking at a studio apartment and we were very pleased with their setup. We were also impressed with the things that the facility offered. We also chose this facility because of its location as it is near to my house.

One of my girlfriends lives here. I like this place. They're all good. They have about the same activities as any other facility offers. They have trips all the time for people living there. They also have concerts. I like that place. I would recommend it.
