My sister and I are very grateful to Arcadia Care Center for providing excellent services as mentioned in your website a "Total Health Care". Our Mom is recently admitted in June 2022 and has been providing IV antibiotic therapy. She is much better than before with less coughing now. It is to our surprise when PT/OP come to offer and demo basic techniques to stretch Mom’s leg, set proper position, how to move and lift safely our Mom on her bed. Thanks a lot for all the efforts from admissions director, Social Services, Activities, Food Services, Community Liaison, and a great team of well-trained health care providers including nurses, and supporting staffs to do your best for maintain a well balance and quality of life. Thanks so much for easy set up to FaceTime/Zoom for seeing our Mom on daily basis during recent lockdown.

I love the staff and CNA who have treated my mom. I am grateful for what you guys have done for the family. Unfortunately I am disappointed in the activities team. I love seeing Joseph, Steven, April, and Jaylen who is new. They bring happiness to my mom and always made her day. I love the diversity in language and all because they are able to communicate to my mom's non-english speaking roomate. Unfortunately there were momemts I cannot get hold of activities director/supervisor and have been told that the supervisor Brenda and vice supervisor Viri is not in office. 10am, they have not arrived, 1pm they are on lunch, 3 pm they left for the day. Ridiculous! It seems that they are NEVER in office despite the time I call. Its only ONE activities assistant doing all the work and is hard to talk to any higher ups. At least that ONE is doing their job, but how cane ONE do EVERY job!!! I wish there was better organization within the activities department. I also heard of favoritism among patients. Brenda is also with spansih speaking patients only and completely ignores my mom as if shes a nobody. Its hard to be long distance with a loved one but harder when you cannot get hold of them.

My mother-in-law is currently in Arcadia Healthcare Center. The facility is very pretty. They have nice gardens that the people can go out to, and my mother-in-law likes that. She's getting a good level of care. They are taking really good care of her. She's getting physical therapy every day. The staff members seem friendly, nice, and knowledgeable. They have little exercises in the community room. My mother-in-law's room is nice and clean. We like the place. It's a bit costly, but she is getting a lot of care for what it costs.

I cannot recommend this facility for friends or family. They have told my family member to "be quiet". She has had a bladder infection for a week and it is finally being addressed with antibiotics as of today. It has taken a week. I have been requesting Azo for a week while waiting for their slow moving lab results and still nothing. The residents share three cell phones, how can that be safe during Covid? They will not get my family member psych counseling for anxiety because they said she is not violent to causing self harm. She is malnourished due to anxiety and an psychological eating disorder. D- for this place. If I find she is getting better care, I will revise this review. There are more issues, but I cannot go into it all here.

Arcadia Health Care Center is a nice and clean community. The air conditioner is turned on, but my mom feels hot there specially in the afternoon, so it's probably not set right. The staff and services are OK, but for the first few weeks they did not take my mom to the bath regularly until we made some complaints. The dining area is fine and the food is good. They also have activities even though I didn't see any during the weekends. They have a meeting room, an exercise room, and a garden that the residents can work on. The place smells fresh and clean, and there's no hospital smell.

We already got my grandma in Arcadia. Their staff is awesome. They are all very professional, very nice, and very caring. The place looks good every time I go in there. Her room is spacious enough. They have an activity schedule on the doors in every room, so they definitely have activities. From what I've seen, they have Bingo, and then if they need to get their hair or nails done, they offer all of that.

My brother is at the Arcadia Health Care Center right now. The food is good and adequate. The facility is pretty clean. There's not a typical smell that you get with a skilled nursing facility when you walk into the door. The staff is doing everything they can to accommodate his wishes and needs. They let him stay in a single room longer than he needed to just to keep him happy. They're really giving him good care. It's a good facility. They have card games, religious services, and entertainment that comes in occassionally for the patients. They need to keep their voices down a bit though because the staff tends to be kind of noisy.
