Situated on 3.3 acres of meticulously landscaped grounds, The Courville at Nashua is conveniently located near the heart of downtown of Nashua, N.H., consistently rated one of the safest cities in the country. It is close to many outside amenities including hospitals and specialists, and is on the same campus as our sister centers Aynsley Place, an all-inclusive assisted living residence, and The Villas at Nashua, an independent living residence.At The Courville at Nashua, we believe in an interdisciplinary approach to care. All of our residents and their families are involved in developing their personal plans of care. We pledge to maintain open communication between all parties to ensure we are all working toward the same goal. Our nursing staff is made up of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Licensed Nursing Assistants, who offer 24-hour patient-centered care in a safe, secure, and licensed center. Our residents’ care team also consists of licensed therapists, activity directors, licensed case managers, trained culinary team members, a registered dietician, and on-site maintenance and housekeeping departments. The Courville at Nashua has a medical director who visits our residents in their new home and is happy to assume any new resident as a patient. However, it is your choice to remain with your primary care physician as long as that physician agrees. Residents receive priority access to the continuum of care in The Courville Communities should the need for a change in care arise. Hospice and palliative care services are also made available.
