Park View At Miramar Landing is located in a stately four-story building across the street from an open green field with just a single farmhouse on it. Situated several miles up the Pulaski Highway from residential Baltimore, the neighborhood where Park View is located is home to several golf courses, an elementary school and multiple residential family homes. The Bird River marshes flow into nearby Gunpowder River a few minutes north of Park View, and the trails around the area make for an easy hike for active seniors. Seniors aged 62 and over who live in Park View At Miramar Landing are welcome to keep pets in their private independent living apartments. While assisted living and other senior services are not provided by staff at Park View, every apartment is equipped with an emergency call system that summons help 24 hours a day.
