Silver Creek I and II are located in the beautiful Lake Coeur d'Alene area of Post Falls, ID, where seniors can enjoy the benefits of living in a central location, surrounded by stores and restaurants. The Northern Idaho Advanced Care hospital is less than five miles away and there are pharmacies, churches, fresh food markets and other amenities nearby. Silver Creek I and II are senior living apartments that offer affordable rents for those over the age of 55. One- and two-bedroom units are offered, and some are wheelchair accessible. Apartments are equipped with central heating and air conditioning, each kitchen comes with Energy Star-rated appliances and there are washer/dryer hookups provided. An on-site maintenance team is available to assist with repairs and other issues. Residents of Silver Creek I and II can enjoy a number of amenities, including off-street parking, on-site laundry facilities, a computer room and fitness center.
