The rooms are large and made to be wheelchair accessible. Our mother lives there Everyone is so nice to her! They do all her laundry and come to remind her of each activity that is planned. This includes each meal. Activities include, devotions every day, exercises class , Live music for entertainment , Kona ice truck visits, picnics and just taking a drive to get out sometimes. They also play lots of Bingo and dominoes! Sometimes they do art activities too. Our mother has met some nice friends there and it is so good for her to get to see them every day. We are very pleased with how she has adjusted there and the good care that they are providing for her It sure helps that we know she is being well taken care of!! Thank you! Travis and Nancy Stone

The Bungalows at Jonesboro looked amazing. They offer a lot more assistance from the medical side of it, which is what I really was shooting for. But there's no opening anytime soon with them. The staff was very nice. I actually saw a couple of people's rooms. They allowed us to come in and talk to some of the people living there. They had lived there for years and loved it. I ate there for lunch, and it was very good.

My ex-husband moved into the Bungalows at Jonesboro. I found the place, as a whole, a very lovely place to live. The administration is beyond helpful. There hasn't been an issue that they haven't helped us resolve or come up with some type of solution for. Overall, we are very pleased. I think the day that he moved in they brought him breakfast to his room. He said it was very good. They showed us all the facilities and the different rooms where activities took place. One room in particular has a piano there, and they said that someone comes in and plays the piano once a week. The lobby is very pleasant. I met some of the residents, and they're very pleasant. They made arrangements for him to have a service dog. Everything seems to be working out well. They couldn't be any nicer and more helpful to him.

I like that The Bungalows at Jonesboro has larger activity rooms. They have a lot going on and a lot of playing. The facility was very clean. They do the residents' laundry for them. They have an LPN on staff 24/7. They do lots of things for them, and everything's included. They do medical management. They're pricier than the other place, but they have more things available to the person living there. It's a one-story facility and every room has a patio off the back. They supply a microwave and a refrigerator. The staff during the tour was very organized and gave me a lot of information I needed. She knew her stuff and took extra time and went through a lot of things with us. The residents there said the food was good and nutritious. You have a menu that you can order from and they have an alternate menu if you don't want to order what they're having that day. They have them get up and get dressed and go down to the dining room to eat. They have juices and peanut butter crackers and little snacks for them in between.

I toured The Bungalows at Jonesboro for my mom, and it was very good. They were nice and accommodating. They have a nice courtyard, a nice community area, and a dining room. They also have activities, a hairdresser, and a salon. They have a courtyard in the middle of the facility and a lot of the units we're facing towards it. You can go out in the courtyard and still be inside of the facility.

We moved mom into The Bungalows at Jonesboro. It's excellent. The staff is very accommodating. We were rushed in getting her moved in and they all went out of their way to help us accomplish that. Her room is perfect. Maintenance and upkeep are excellent. They do all of her favorites. They play bingo, Wii bowling, all kinds of games, board games, and exercise classes. She is very satisfied with the food. The dining area is very nice and pleasant. She enjoys the company of eating with friends.

I toured The Bungalows at Jonesboro. The lady we talked to was nice, she did not realize that we were supposed to have a tour that day, nobody contacted her. They showed us this one room. It was good. The staff was very helpful and polite. We showed up at two o'clock when we were supposed to, they didn't know anything about us having to be there. I noticed a big dining room, like a cafeteria restaurant type. The room is spacious and had a little kitchenette. They have good upkeep.
