My mom was at Pinnacle Peak Assisted Living for four months. It was excellent. The place was great and they were very caring. Emil and his wife treated the residents there like family. It was really a nice, clean place. They provided very nutritious meals. They also did a nice preparation as they got all of the residents around the table. They were very caring. For lunch, they always prepared homemade soup along with sandwiches. There were plenty of fruits. They always had some nice snacks. They were very encouraging, too. My mom was having a hard time eating, but they did not give up on her. When she was in her room, they tried their best to get something into her. I was there every single day and I saw what they were doing. They were extremely kind. It was a very tough decision to put your loved one somewhere, but they did a very terrific job. They get the patients up in the morning. Everybody was always neat and clean. When you walk into some of these places, their smell is terrible, but this place is like walking into a friend's house. It is extremely clean, everybody is clean and everybody is dressed nicely. That was really important to me because I was stickler about that. You could walk in there any time and you could see everybody looks great. The staff that I encountered there were terrific and extremely caring. The activities were good, like bingo a couple of times a week. When the weather was nice, they would get everybody out into the backyard for some fresh air and change of scene. Emil tried very hard to get people to be engaged a bit. Based on a lot of places that I saw, this was exceptional. Emil and his wife are really caring people. A lot of these places have a manager or they don't come and look, but they're there every day. They're very hands-on owners and that makes a really big difference.

My mother was a resident of Pinnacle Peak Assisted Living. They treated her wonderfully and they're very caring. My mother was there for 7 months and she was treated royally. As we don't live too far from the community, I was there daily so I saw exactly what was going on. It's a wonderful place to be. My mother never played cards in her life, so she would just watch TV and do some art projects. That was one thing that probably they could do more on for the ladies. The staff members were very good. They cared a great deal about every patient. Being there observing every day, they treated them beautifully. They're caretakers but with a lot of hearts. I'm a nutritionist by training and I was very impressed how and what they were fed. The place was lovely, very well kept and very nicely done.

My father has been a resident of Pinnacle Peak Assisted Living since July 2019. It is fantastic. The setting is very comfortable and very warm. It smells good and clean, too. The staff members are the warmest people. They're so accommodating. My father has had three caretakers in rotations since he has been there, and all of them are really lovely people. I'm very happy with the location. It is very close to home for my mom to go and see him every day, which is important to us. The backyard is great as well. My father would rather be at home, but unfortunately he cannot. We needed assistance with care. Overall, if he were to be at any place, he is happy as he can be without being in his home. They don't have alarm service like buttons in each room, but they use baby monitors, which is fine. They're very attentive, too. If my father isn't grumpy, he would have plenty to do. Activities are available for those residents that are willing to participate.

My mom has been in Pinnacle Peak Assisted Living for a year now. The house is immaculate, it is clean, and it smells good. My mom gets good food. She has someone there to take care of her. She is clean and her clothes are clean. I feel that she is safe there. Everybody is really nice. It is clean and pleasant to walk into. They communicate with me, too. They are very strict with their records, like if mom needs approval with anything, they text me. They're right on top of that. They're just so wonderful. They're caring and loving people.
