When mother was toward the end of her life we took her to tour many facilities. They were all fine but Maravilla was the only one that she embraced. It was the right choice. There was quality care, kind service, good food, and a supportive administration. We had one negative experience with one caregiver who rudely reprimanded me for asking questions. But that was the only negative experience and when we asked to her rotated off my mom's care team they did it immediately. I highly recommend this facility for their care & integrity. My only regret was that my mom, of blessed memory, didn't get to have more time there.

My husband stayed at Maravilla Scottsdale memory care for one year, and it is very good except for the food. The rooms are very nice. The staff is very caring. They had movies, outings, crafts, and exercise. They had very high standards, but they were very expensive and had a lot of extra fees for everything.

I visited this facility with my father. It is a lovely place. The apartments are very spacious and the amenities are superb. I am in the process of finding the right place for my dad and have toured 3 other high end communities. This was the only one who did not offer us a taste of the food -and we were there at 11:30! The tour was rushed - the lady walked to fast for my dad - often times 50 feet in front of us. She seemed to be in a rush to get us through the tour. When I asked why no one was out and about utilizing any of the amentities - I was told they are being independent. If marketing is any indicator of how the rest of the staff interacts with residents then I am skeptical , not of the amentities, but the customer service.

The apartments in Maravilla Scottsdale are very nice, a nice size, and well appointed. It is a very nice community and very comfortable. It is kind of an Italian design with lots of eating areas, both indoor and outdoor. Everything is very nice there. They have the normal activities like exercise classes, water aerobics, tap dancing, card games, mahjong, zumba, yoga, and water volleyball. They also offer ride services, food, housekeeping, security, and maintenance. The staff seems to be very knowledgeable and very passionate about the living location. She has been great. The visit was very good.

Maravilla Scottsdale is fabulous. The only reason I wouldn’t move in is because they are a buy in and way too costly. It was absolutely immaculate; everything was perfect. The food was very good as well.

I went to Maravilla Scottsdale. It was beautiful. Everything was really nice. Unfortunately, I cannot afford it. They had a really nice indoor pool. It was like a 5-star resort.

My parents are at the process of moving to Maravilla. We did several visits, and after the first visit, they knew my parents by their first names. The people in the community were extremely friendly. That’s what won them over besides the amenities and price. It’s a 2-bedroom apartment. I’ve eaten there several times. The food was wonderful. They have swimming, a weight room, and day trips. I thought that the security met the needs that were required on the different levels between independent and assisted-living.

Maravilla was very beautiful but very expensive. Once I saw the price, I just thought, "I'm not going to put my mother into such an expensive place. She is 95 years old and why eat up her money?" She would love that place, but I just thought it was outrageous as far as price is concerned. The rooms were very nice. It's very luxurious. The staff was nice. They were busy, and I had not needed an appointment. I just walked in and asked for information. They called me several times for me to come. They invited me to a wine and cheese tasting party. They had a workout room and a swimming pool. It was a gated community, which was very, very nice.

Maravilla was absolutely gorgeous. They're a place that anyone would love living in but it's also very expensive. The rooms are all sizes but it's more like a nice apartment home. The food was fantastic and the people are very nice. There's nothing that they don't offer. They have memory care. They have people coming in. They have entertainment and they have the laundry. The independent have their own kitchen and laundry facilities. The only challenge that I have right now is it is a buy in and I can't afford to buy in.

Marvilla is a beautiful property, with a wide selection of housing, recreational areas, and social settings, for a very high quality of living. It is conveniently located in the area, so the residents can partake/particapte in cultural events and attend sports venues. The Mayo Clinc and Hospital, & many other health facilities are close by to support the resident population. I attended an Open House, met the Director and several other staff members. I am impressed!
