From the initial walk through with Brenda C the process to get my friend Ken O very pleasant and easy. Since his check in Brenda, Kevin and the entire staff have been extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful in all aspects of Ken’s set up and move in. They have been especially helpful in working with Ken on daily activities due to his bimentia. I would be happy to give any referrals or personal testimony upon request.

I toured Mountain Park Senior Living. When I walked in, I knew it was a very caring place. I saw a lot of residents out in the lobby area and the bistro area, and they all were smiling and had happy faces. Most of them have been there a long time, like 5 to 10 years, so I thought the longevity of the place was inviting. It felt warm and cozy. It was a little smaller than the other place, but it was a warm and cozy feeling. The person who gave the tour was wonderful. She gave me all the information and answered all the questions that I had. My friend went with me, and she also answered all of her questions. And it was just a nice place to be. She did a great job. The dining area is a very popular dining place. The chef came out and talked to us, and I thought that was very nice and very friendly. The food smelled wonderful. They had a very diverse menu. They have outdoor spaces, too, and it's pretty. It's grassy and there's lots of plants. Out front, they have seating where you can sit and enjoy the morning and the sun. I have a dog, so I find it to be very nice, walking the dog around and seeing the area there. It's very nice.

We went to Mountain Park Senior Living and toured both independent living and assisted living. It was good. They had lots of people helping. The person who toured me was awesome and the apartments were very nice. They have lots of nice amenities. It seemed welcoming and kind of fit my brother-in-law's needs. It's close to our home, too. We had lunch there and the food was really good. The dining area was also very nice.

Mountain Park is all one building. The best thing about it is the feeling you get when you go in there. It was very homey and lovely. It's newer, built in 2012, and the perfect place.

Mountain Park was OK. It was nice and clean, and the staff was very professional and friendly. The atmosphere is good. People come in to entertain them, and they have Bingo, and movies.

The first time I walked into Mountain Park, I thought I was in a resort. The physical facility is amazing... but it's the people who really make it special. From the management, to the medical team, the supervisors and the staff... they bend over backwards to handle your every need and take away your stress. We found other places that weren't as nice and cost a lot more. They provide everything... meals, cleaning, laundry, medical, dental, pharmacy and beautiful day rooms where the staff provides guided activities. The location is excellent. There is a Target at a mall that's almost walking distance. My wife and I joked that we look forward to the day we can move in. Actually, we weren't joking.

Mountain Park was too large and too expensive. However, the environment was very good. They had a swimming pool, theater, and a gym for exercise.

Mountain Park Senior Living was very nice, and the lady who talked with us was also very nice. We met a couple of the residents, and they seem to be satisfied. They have activities like pool, card playing, and gatherings.

Mountain Park Senior Living was very nice, but it was like living in a hotel and had a whole different feel to it. It is very popular and very well liked. It's new and well taken care of, but I did not like the atmosphere nor the person who gave me a little bit of a background about the place. I did not see any of the rooms because they did not have one available as they have been booked for years. They were more expensive than the other places, and there wasn't a lot of greenery around. They had a lot of activities and trips for their residents.

I visited Mountain Park. I went on a Saturday during mid-morning. That was Kentucky Derby weekend, I remember, and one of the bigger rooms was set up for watching horseracing. It looked like they were about to have some fun. The facility itself was OK. They did have independent living section, but I was unable to visit that section because nothing was available to look at. They have the three different sections, but the independent living was separate from the assisted living although they are in the same community. It’s a pretty nice community. The only thing I didn’t like was the fact that I walked in the backdoor. As I was touring, there was a group of folks sitting in the game room playing some kind of card game. Then they had a little workout room, swimming pool, and a nurse on-staff. I was in the assisted living portion. They were pretty busy. It was lunchtime, so there were some folks that were having lunch and getting ready for horseracing. It’s a nice facility, but I wanted to see the independent living side of it. The assisted living side was OK because it had a nice library where residents could go in and out. They had a couple of computers in the library that residents had access to. It's not like you’re sitting around doing nothing. There’s things to do. It was pretty nice. I would consider it.

I was impressed with Mountain Park. The place was clean, and they had a lot of activities. There were a lot of special rooms for events, and the staff was very nice. The people looked happy and engaged with each other. They go on trips together and knew each other’s names.

My mom and dad are in Mountain Park, and they are very happy. They are living there for about six months now. The atmosphere is very nice. They are not involved in any activities as my mom is still recovering. The food is very good. The people are very nice. Their apartment is spacious. It is one and a half bedroom. It has a nice family room and a little patio. It is very nice. The attitude of the people working there is good. I am happy with it.

They were accommodating at Mountain Park. The community meets the individual needs of the residents. The building is very upscale and impressive. We were also just impressed with staff. There’s a variety of people; they’re not confined to just one place. We did observe them actively playing. They also have a transition program for those who have difficulties. The dining area was very pleasant. What we liked about it was that we’re free to dine in any area. But I just noticed that some of the rooms were small.

Mountain Park Senior Living was recommended by a friend. Her mother lived there for a short time. I thought the staff was very generous, but they seem to be more interested in getting my money. The rooms were very nice. It's a retirement home, so they seem to accommodate everybody. They seemed to have an eating facility that lasted most of the day. If you didn't make it to breakfast, you could still go down and have a bowl of cereal.

Mountain Park was the first place we took my mom. The facility is only two years old. It's in really nice shape, but they have a 1-year waiting list to get into the independent living. It's about a half a mile from where we live. We just know about it because of the community, and some of our friends have relatives who live there. The rooms were nice. The thing with them is they probably have eight different floor plans of varying sizes, square footage-wise, so there's more variety of rooms. The staff was very nice, very informative, helpful, and quite pleasant. It's very nice, and that's why it's full.

Everything was wonderful about Mountain Park Senior Care. My mom really liked it. It was perfect. The only problem is they got a waiting list to get in. When she's ready to go or make the decision, she doesn't know whether they'll have any availability for her or not.

Mountain Park Senior Living had the services we needed. It's reasonable and in a nice location. It was small but has both assisted and independent living facility. The facility was very pretty and had a family feel. The staff was very, very pleasant, too. The rooms were a little bit small, but they were very nice. And they offered a lot of things like a library on every floor.

My son is a diabetic and had six different strokes. He's completely paralyzed on his left side when he was in the hospital. He's currently in Mountain Park now. They're very patient with him. They're trying to teach him that there is more he can do than what he's doing and that he can't be kind of lazy. They're very, very good. He seems like a lot happier.

Mountain Park Senior is a nice facility. The staff is excellent. But the only thing I would say is the food could be a little better. I think it's the way it's handled. They cook dinner at noon time, so people can eat from 12:00 on till 6:00. And by the time we go in for dinner it's dried up, cold or whatever. And I don't like that, it just turns me off.

This place is beyond words. The staff were incredible and the food was simply amazing. The facility is brand new and everything looks and smells fresh about the place. It is a very large and complex facility and there are numerous staterooms in the complex. My grandmothers room was very nice, it had its own private bathroom and had a large flat- screen TV where she could watch some of her favorite shows. The staff were excellent and everyone in the facility made my grandmother feel warm and secure. The food was fantastic they had hearty portions of roast beef and even had lobster on the menu, but my grandmother enjoyed the ruebans that she was able to get for lunch. Overall there are so many positives to this place that they far out weigh the negatives. if you are in the market for an assisted living facility in the Phoenix area, you can't go wrong with this place as it is one of the best facilities I have ever seen in my life.
