My father stayed at MorningStar at Arcadia. It was near his home, and it's a very great facility. The staff was great. He was not able to do anything. The place was very clean and very nice, and they had nice apartments. Everybody's nice.

We toured MorningStar Assisted Living and Memory Care at Arcadia. The memory care is on the second floor I believe, and they had two balconies with little gardens to get fresh air for them. The rooms would accommodate both of my parents in the same apartment. We saw a nice dining room, and the staff was friendly and dressed up for Halloween. They knew the residents by name, and their cost were comparable. Because of the location, we chose a different facility. It's updated, has underground parking which is good for security, and they also have elevators to get up to the building.

I went to MorningStar at Arcadia. It was clean, well kept, and the apartments were small but sufficient. The staff was knowledgeable and polite. The dining room was spacious.

My mom will be moving to MorningStar at Arcadia. The facility was extremely clean and presented a homey environment. The staff was helpful and seemed knowledgeable about my mother's particular needs, and caring with her dementia for the present and moving forward. We were able to see the dining room, they have a fitness center and a beauty salon. We met the activities director and she described some of the activities that are available such as art classes, movie nights, or for some residents that can do so, they could leave the facility and go to the art museum or on a shopping trip. Their director was accommodating, and we had a room where we could meet, he presented information about the facility, and answered our questions, then took us on a tour. We also met the nursing director on a separate day.

I recently moved a family member to Moringstar's memory care. The staff is wonderful Very helpful and very concerned The rooms are bigger than I expected, and feel much more like an apartment than as a "hospital room". There are activities and staff to help facilitate residents Some disruptions that I think are caused by the virus, but overall, this is a very good and safe and caring place

I am so sad to report that the care we had hoped for never was given. My parents were put on medicine distribution, and were ignored, No one greeted them on their firs day, and they wandered the dining room looking for a place to sit, only to be told the restaurant was out of soup a mere 20 minutes after opening.

We looked at Morning Star, and I would highly rate this place. Their rooms also had two living areas -- a living room and a bedroom. They were nicely appointed and a fairly new place. Their amenities seem to be a TV room, a library, and lots of opportunities to go places. They have a great dining room -- restaurant style. The staff was very nice and competent, and their residents were active and happy.

MorningStar at Arcadia was a very nice place. There were a lot of nice amenities, a game room, a nice patio, restaurant-style dining, a nice size bistro for snacks or tea, and a library. Fairly good size apartments, not really big but average-sized, and really clean, people were very friendly, and lots of activities. They do have a gym, PT, a salon, and a movie theater.

I liked Morningstar a lot, but we couldn’t afford it. I like really the sales person and the staff. It was a fairly newer facility, but it was just too expensive. They had a nice courtyard area, and they did take people walking. They had a walking place that people could get out and about, so one of the staff would go with them. They know everyone there. I was there for one meal, and it looked good. The other thing that I liked was that they were willing to drive people to places. The rooms were bigger and a little bit more updated. They have good natural sunlight coming in.
