Great home, unlike any other in size and space and grounds. Staff is very caring and the place is spotless. The food is home cooked in an open kitchen area where residents can watch cooking and hang out. My mom enjoyed sitting at the kitchen counter and having her coffee. Linda, a caretaker and chef was a warm and kind woman. Each room has a nice TV. My mom had a very large room with private bathroom and shower and dressers to use if needed, but she liked her own things. I loved visiting, everyone was so welcoming and kind and my mom’s room was beautiful and very comfortable. I’d go over, as well as other family members, to join her for happy hour in her room. She passed away September 2023, very content and peaceful at Biltmore Assisted. We are grateful that her last days were happy ones. One negative is that the activities schedule was never followed. There was supposed to be Bingo every Friday and there wasn’t. There was supposed to be a guest musician, but there wasn’t during the 2 months of my mom’s stay. Very important, read the Contract line by line. Mike, the owner, was very engaging, but he would say one thing and the contract would say another. Do not let anyone rush you. Deposit of one month’s rent is non refundable even if your loved one passes away after one day or 2 months. Resident must live on premises for minimum of 360 days to get any refund. Check contract carefully, assisted living facilities are not regulated by the State of Arizona. The Landlord Tenant Act does not apply. Make sure to have Mike give you a copy of contract right then. Don’t wait for copy. ( Read between my lines) Best of luck.

We've been to this home numerous times and have always found it clean, bright, spacious and well-kept. The caregivers have always been friendly and are very active and busy tending to all of the residents. and their needs, personally and medically. The grounds are meticulously maintained and the facility is so close to the Biltmore shopping area for those family members that like to shop. The owner is very personable and has earned his experience owning other such homes for many years. The entertainers that come put a big smile on everyone's faces.

My brother was at Biltmore Assisted Living for almost 4 years. They've been absolutely wonderful. They are caring, they go out of their way to make sure everybody feels at home, and they do whatever they can do to help everyone. They have people come in every Friday night for entertainment. They went so far out of their way to accommodate my brother. It was unbelievable. He doesn't want to close the door, so they put an outside screen on the door. I would absolutely recommend this place. If I needed assisted living, this is where I want to go.
