Fantastic nursing staff. Very attentive. Quiet atmosphere with individual rooms. Staff is always responsive & at the top of their game. Rooms are kept very clean by an outstanding housekeeping staff. Visiting hours are quite flexible. The physical therapy staff is very patient & under-standing & works with people to help them best recover at their own speed yet keeping them on track for the best recovery possible. Activities are available daily for those that wish to participate. Abraham on the 2nd floor was one of the best & most responsive people that we have encountered at any hospital or rehab center that my wife has been to.

Rooms are clean and a good size great staff very friendly staff, clean rooms and good sizes. It’s takes a while to adjust but when you do, it’s very nice. Loved my CNA Abraham, so helpful and nurses Malinda, Aly, night nurse Jeff all very hard workers . Even the cleaning lady Tonya very helpful and friendly. PT and OT don’t let you get away with missing your therapy, very helpful and kind., and the Activities staff so sweet .

Rooms, fine, but not good for fall risks. Staff don't come when alarms are pulled and not just once, but several occasions and some are rude. Food always came cold to my mother and then she barely ate and just said not hungry. Not good for elderly, especially with Dementia. People yelling help, no one comes, we check on them as they may have fallen out of bed or on the floor. Understaffed and don't show they care very much, just a lot of talk and fluff.

I have been here for 2 weeks and want to thank the whole nursing team, CNA’s and especially the PT and OT team. In addition Kyle the chef in the kitchen, he worked with me to coordinate my vegan meals. He went above and beyond to accommodate my wishes. The team worked with my husband and I to ensure I was safe here and for going home. I did not need a lot of attention but having seen and hearing the interactions of staff and patients they were all good. In addition to the nursing team the activities coordinator Lisa made activities fun and engaging. Participants had fun and laughed together. All staff were friendly with positive attitudes. Yes I would recommend this facility for your loved ones.

If I could give this place MINUS 10 I would! Never take your parent, child or any human here. Horrible place, rude staff and they lie as to what you can and cannot do. Girls who work up front are as rude as they come, very uncaring and cannot put their phones down long enough to do their job!

update... I am being treated with medicine once again. I am also staying for a bit longer. It was not intentional that this mistake happened. The staff nurses and weekend shifts took it upon themselves to contact NP and doctors when they realized the error. Special thanks to all the staff on the 2nd floor. You deserve more than a simple thank you but it's all I got. I will keep you all close to my heart. Sandra Anderson room 237

I feel one of your staff needs to have recognization. On a number of occasions I have had Chelsea as the person assigned to me as the night aid. She is so kind and caring. She answers your light as soon as she can. Her caring for you is genuine. No matter how tired she might be she still answers your light not showing anything but compassion. You need more aids like Chelsea.

The PT and OT is awesome and the nurses are good also. The CNA's are a hit and miss. Some are ok. Most are bad. Charge nurse's not the best. We left after 11 days due to bad care out of 20. Last day broke the straw. I was given night meds at 10:15 pm. I sat up in bed till 3am with all light on waiting to be put to bed. laid in level 9 pain for 3 1/2 hours till some came to help. Call light was on. CNA's famous for coming In and turning call light off and saying I will be right back and never see them again. The wet home. I sat in my power chair in the hall and watched CNA's collect trash over answer call lights. Patients are not # 1. I escalated service and had a few hire ups admitting they are aware of problems.

I have had my mother at this facility for 7 days now. Everything LOOKs beautiful, but the care is not. Everyone is friendly, but they do not follow through with requests. She has been here 7 days and only 1 bath. She was suppose to have PT (700 minutes in a 7 day period) she has maybe had 180 minutes) and now they say she is ready to go home after a broken hip. Can’t reach administrators to ask what happened to her care and PT. Very disappointed. The food was okay. Every time a supply or something was requested they were out of stock. So frustrating between this place and insurance it is a nightmare. I think they are very understaffed.

My hubby was here for several weeks recovering from various surgeries. The facility was new and clean and felt sterile, not welcoming or homey. The beds were wonderful. Pros: Clean with large individual bathrooms and showers. Ability to get cots for visitors to sleep in room. Nice PT area with some good therapists. Several friendly and helpful aids. Cons: Seldom received appropriate meal for health conditions. Talked several times with Nutrition about providing meals appropriate for diabetic and heart conditions and continually received meals with high sodium and sugar. Also did not receive meals as ordered. Meals were often delivered by an aid on the table across the room, this does not help bed ridden patients. The first therapist that came to the room for PT, sat in a chair and watched TV during the session instead of watching the progress. Many of the aids were unhelpful and/or rude and often slow in responding to a request for help.
