My mother has a brand-new room at The Enclave at Anthem Senior Living. They've all been very friendly, very nice, they tried to answer our questions, they've got her medical help, and they've done some medical tests. I'm very pleased because everything has gone real well so far. It's new, it smells new, and it is clean in the assisted living, which you see when you come in the front door. The people are allowed to have pets and they have excellent dining rooms and food. It looks like you're in a five-star hotel. They have a beauty shop and sitting rooms. In the memory care, you have a code to get in, so they can't get in or out. They have their own dining room, an area for things to do, and a sitting room besides their own rooms and a patio. They only have one part of it, and the rest is all assisted living. They have activities and they also made her a plan when she would take a bath, when she would have her hair done, what they would try to help her with, her dressing, and just day-to-day things. I was really impressed. The staff has done a good job. They're very helpful, and they keep trying. I'm very pleased with what's happening.

Monica, the director of The Enclave at Anthem Senior Living was awesome. I liked the place too. Everyone seemed happy and there was lots of stuff to do. We toured their assisted living.

My apartment at The Enclave at Anthem was horrible, there was no space, and I got bit by a bug. The staff was not responsive, and they were understaffed. The place is disgustingly filthy. It took them five weeks before they vacuumed the hallway. It's all about money, and they can't do anything if Enclave Colorado doesnt bless it. I burnt my hands on the door because of the heat, and they didn't have any covers. We found a dead mouse in the pool and they had ducks swimming in the pool. The place was just horrible, unsanitary, and was affecting my health. I had to get out of there. Everything looked very pretty there, but the conditions were unsanitary. We had no hot water for three weeks and the construction of the place was horrible.
