George Sullivan Manor

George Sullivan Manor Consists of 19 one-bedroom apartments. The facility is located in the heart of downtown Anchorage on major public transportation arterials and close to shopping, medical facilities and exceptional dining options. Apartments are specifically designed with seniors in mind. Each apartment offers a full size furnished kitchen, the remainder of the apartment is unfurnished so go ahead and bring your favorite furniture, books, treasurers, or anything else important to you. Rent includes all untilities except for telephone and cable television. Rent subsidies are available for those who qualify. George Sullivan Manor offers various regularly scheduled resident activities. We have a centrally located multipurpose room featuring a gas fireplace and common kitchen, perfect for hosting resident pot-lucks, bingo games and birthday parties. A coin operated laundry room is available on the second floor for resident use and is easily accessible by elevator as is the entire facility. There is a roof deck located on the third floor that offers residents great views as well as a quiet area to enjoy the activities of downtown.
