Family member dropped off in an ambulance after being in the hospital for a month. Went for rehabilitation not able to get out of bed or care for themselves in unpacking. Nurses did not unpack her belongings for her when needing her glasses to see and her phone. Not happy with timing of call button. I understand these are difficult times but please put yourself in there beds. Unable to get out after being so sick and having blood clots

I'm very disappointed in this facility. My husband is a patient there and while the therapy has been good and one nurse has been great, the rest leaves a lot to be desired. Just last evening he was served a hot dog bun with chili on it and seven french fries for his dinner meal. He complains that his food is often cold when he receives it. He has waited excessive time for his call button to be answered, sometimes as long as 50 minutes. When I called Administration to discuss my concerns, I was told in a very condescending tone, "Well, sometimes when you're waiting it seems like longer than it actually is, so he may not have waited 50 minutes. Does he have a watch? How did he decide it was 50 minutes?" I asked him and he responded with, "I knew it was 50 minutes by the big clock on my wall that I stare at. He is very alert and oriented to place and time, so he wasn't imagining the amount of time it took. I was told they would speak with him about the issue. Two business days later, we're still awaiting someone from Administration to speak to him. He is a diabetic and when he asked for sweetener for his coffee, he was given sugar packets. One aide came in and asked could he bathe himself and he said he could partially. She dropped his towel and washcloth and he hasn't seen her since. Family members aren't allowed to visit because of Covid issues, so I find myself being very concerned about patients who are unable to speak for themselves in this facility. How are they treated? Are they fed cold food as well as served meals that do not meet dietary guidelines? Just beware... it may be a newer facility in the Huntsville area but that doesn't necessarily mean it's a better facility.

Millennium Nursing & Rehab Center was where I wanted my wife, but Medicaid won't pay for it. My wife would have a private room, so she won't have to share with anyone else. They had an activities room. I only talked to one person there, and he seemed to be a pretty nice guy. The place was very clean and maintained. It was a nice, new building.

My wife is in Millennium Nursing & Rehab Center at the present time. This was much better, much cleaner, and much neater than most of the others. I find the staff's work ethics to be very good. I had zero problems with them. I have had contact with the lady nurse there and also the administrator, and we've had several good discussions. The nurses are awesome. There is one nurse that is a little bit more courteous than some of the others, but all of them are very nice. The food looks very good. They have religious groups that come in from time to time, and they have bingo. She is in a private room with a very comfortable bed, own heating and air-conditioning system, a window in every room, Venetian blinds, and a large bathroom. The bathroom is centered between two rooms. They're both females, and it's a very good arrangement. It has a standalone closet, where we keep her clothing and stuff in. Everything is fine. I would recommend this place.

I spent 3 months in rehabilitation which was outstanding. As for the nursing care, it wasn't very good. They were short of staff. In my opinion to save money. One CNA can not take care of one hall. There were many times I waited over an hour after pushing the call button. As far as physical therapy I would recommend this facility but all other areas, no way.
