We chose to move dad to The Terrace at Priceville, because it met all the requirements that we were looking for. They have friendly staff, friendly residents, and it was closer to home than any of the other places that we went and checked out. The price was also a little bit better as far as what we needed. My dad feels comfortable there, with the staff and the people that he met. His room is very spacious. The toilet and the shower are just the right size for him. He has a walk-in shower, so tripping hazards are at a minimum. Their dining area has several tables for people to enjoy breakfast together. Everything seemed clean. They were sprucing the place up with new paint and new flooring while we were visiting. So, everything in there should be relatively new as far as carpet, paint, and stuff. They give you dining options. If you have a family event and you want to go and have just your family, they have a separate room that you can reserve off to the side that has a bigger dining table. They had a couple of exercise activities as well, be it taking walks around the complex or doing some sort of fitness class as a group. They have been great with me and have always been able to answer any questions that I have. Shantavia always gets back to me through text or email (whether she is or not at work).

We are choosing The Terrace at Priceville for my mother. First of all, it offers memory care, which is what Mom needs. It was clean, nice, and recently renovated. It had very, very friendly staff. They had an open space that was fenced in. It opens up into a courtyard area, but I don't think it's closed completely. It's got a fenced in garden area around it, and it's actually pretty large. When I was there, they were pointing out to me that some of the residents were growing a butterfly garden there. One of the residents, who was a man, wanted some vegetables, so they've agreed to put up a vegetable garden in the view of his window, because he wanted to watch them grow. Each room has its own temperature controlled unit. They've got synthetic hardwood floors. The staff who showed me around was very, very nice. She was super in touch with all of the residents around there. She was very knowledgeable about the process and was friendly. It's not a brand-new place, but it was very well-maintained. It was very nice, in particular, the interior. The grounds and everything were good.

The tour at The Terrace at Priceville was very good. It's a beautiful and very well-kept facility. It's already been updated. It's very clean, very well decorated, and very well kept, and the grounds are beautiful, too. It is an excellent facility. The staff was very knowledgeable. We didn't get to meet as many people there as we did at the other facilities, but the person we spoke with was very helpful. She answered all our questions, she was very knowledgeable, and she gave some pointers that were very useful. I was very impressed with her. They have a beauty shop. They have all kinds of activities throughout the day that are of a very good variety, like something mental, something physical, and something crafty. They have music opportunities, too. The outings are beginning to start again soon. There are transportation options to take you back and forth to places. Just about anything that anybody would want in an assisted living facility as far as opportunities go, they have it there. The rooms there were actually the biggest we saw, and the hallways were very wide and brightly lit.

The people at The Terrace at Priceville were very welcoming. It was a pleasant and nice place. We noticed that the residents were communicating with each other, they were all so friendly with each other and with us, and they seemed happy. The place was very well kept and very well maintained, and it had a very friendly atmosphere with very helpful people. The staff was very polite and very helpful. I think residents were just doing what they wanted to. Some were sitting and reading, and some were walking their dogs, but they do have activities. The residents seemed to be happy going and coming and doing what they please. The dining area was very well kept and maintained.

We liked The Terrace at Priceville. The rooms were very bright and airy. You can drive right up to your door or into a garage in their little cottages. It's cheerful, and the people were lovely.

We looked at The Terrace at Priceville, and the place is very good. It's a 1400 sq. ft. of living space, and it has a garage. It’s a very nice place. It has a two bedroom with a large living room and two bathrooms. I like this facility compared to other places that I've seen so far.

My father is in the Terrace at Priceville. The staff members are very good and very nice. He is in the memory care part. It is clean, and they have really good food all the time. They do activities with them, and they take them out on the van on Fridays. They take them out riding to something that they want to do, and they have people coming and playing music to them, and all kinds of things like that. I am satisfied, and he is doing well so far. It is really nice and clean, and they have private rooms. It feels more like a nice hotel that you are staying in.

The Terrace was very informative and gave us a tour. It was a very nice facility. The dining room was very nice. They had one very elaborate dining room and another one that is laid back. The staff seemed very nice. I remember they have a little garden area where they plant their gardens and raise their vegetables, which was kind of nice. From what I saw, it all seemed really nice. They were just a little further away. The place was very secured. They have friendly staff, and they were able to answer the questions that we had.

We have my mother in the memory care unit at The Terraces at Priceville, and we visit her on a regular basis. We just wanted somewhere we thought would be the best care that we could possibly get her. It is very nice, clean, and very attractive. I would say most of the staffs are nice although there are some better than others. I think some are not as attentive to some things that they ought to be. I think they need to improve the inner communications with one another. You have instances where you may have talked to one person and said we like to do certain things. Then you talk to one of them in another time you are there, and they are not aware of what transpired or what may have changed. It is not a total lack of communication, but it is not as much as maybe they ought to be. As for doctor's appointments, my brother is dealing with most of that, and he drives her if they let him know, but we did sign something saying that the doctor that is there is authorized to apply treatment for her.

My dad has been living in the Terrace since it first opened around five years ago. It's clean and new. Everyone is nice and it's great but not for me because I can't visit him every day. It's too far for me. They play cards and have socials every once in a while. They do shopping trips, they have buses to take people shopping but my dad is not interested in that. I wish they had more activities for the active people that are in the independent living where my dad is. They are active and they'd like to have something to do every day but unfortunately, they don't have something to do every day.

Having my grandmother at The Terrace at Priceville was the best decision we could have made. I always thought assisted living was similar to a nursing home, but our experience couldn't have been more different. The warm, friendly atmosphere and staff that truly cares about their residents made our experience better than we had ever hoped. Grandma didn't want to move from her home, but we knew she couldn't live alone any longer. The staff and nurses were so kind and attentive to her and made her comfortable at ease with the move almost immediately. Once she made friends and started going to the activities she seemed to become stronger and happier than I had seen her in a long time. We thought moving grandma to an assisted living was the start of the end and the reality was that it was a new beginning for her.

I had a very good experience during my visit at The Terrace at Priceville. The activities appear the same as where I am now.
