The Memory Center provides Senior Adults with mild to moderate cognitive impairment a place for educational, recreational and social programs in a stimulating, safe and therapeutic environment. Our highly qualified staff understands the importance of designing programs that will challenge our participants, enhance their lifestyle and maintain their highest level of independence while providing much needed respite for their loved ones. Daily activities include: discussion groups, music, art, exercise, current events, word games, entertainment, holiday celebrations and much more. A hot, nutritious meal is provided. Family support is offered to caregivers through our collaboration with Jewish Family Services of MetroWest. Days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursdays (register for 1, 2, or 3 days per week) Hours of Operation: 9:30am-3:30pm Cost: $70 per participant per day. Limited financial aid available.

ACT Care Group is an adult day care facility that specializes in Alzheimer's disease and dementia care. Its goal is to help maintain seniors' health and to decrease the negative experience associated with dementia. It also allows caregivers to get a break so they can focus on their daily responsibilities or relieve stress. The ACT staff is fully trained on how to assist seniors with activities of daily living, such as dressing, grooming, and hygiene. ACT Care Group has a long list of daily activities that include critical thinking and discussion sessions, social events and pet therapy that strengthen the brain and reinforce positive behaviors. Round-trip transportation is available to all seniors in the program, and everyone is fed healthy meals from a menu that is overseen by a registered dietician.
