Cabrini of Westchester manages the building. The 70 one-bedroom apartments serve persons age 62 and older who meet income guidelines set by the Department of Housing and Urban Development. Because of overwhelming demand, however, the application waiting list is closed. Any future application periods will be announced in this section of the web site.

Mosholu Parkway Nursing Rehab Center is a care facility located in the Bronx, NY. This facility is located near the NYC Health + Hospitals of North Central Bronx, and several pharmacies are in the area.Mosholu Parkway Nursing Rehab Center offers 24-hour skilled nursing and specialized rehabilitative care. Bilingual staff are on site to respond to the needs of residents and families. Skilled nursing services handle pain management, diabetes and oxygen delivery. Colostomy and wound care are also available. For rehab, both speech and occupational therapy are offered. Residents can also receive help with recovering from strokes.
