It basically helped me a lot. I can only do one room at a time. They help with vacuuming and dusting. I like that they are easy to reach and responsive.

I don't like the hours that have been cut from me and they could have a better pay for it and give me back my hours. They are very friendly and punctual.

My girls hired them and told them I like playing games. I don't want her to hurry through a job and do a sloppy job. I wanted the lady to clean my bathroom better.

I could use twice as much help. It really helps me to be able to get away and relax and take care of myself. I think that when they are short staffed Rita goes out of her way to find a substitute.

My son feels that I need the care more than I feel like I need the care. The caregiver is only here once a week and the rest of the week I care for myself. I haven't had the care for that long and I have only had one caregiver and she has been excellent.

It has been a great help because it allows me to get out and do what I need to do. I know someone is here taking care of my wife. There have been a few times where the caregiver couldn't show up.

They help me realize my capacity to do things that will help myself, and they make me more aware of what I can accomplish. I can do a lot of things with them, and I don't have to go out. It's handy. I'm more relaxed at home. Good workers make a huge difference.

They definitely need the help, so it's good that people are willing to do that. From what I've gathered, sometimes they send people that say they'll do what my loved one needs, but then it doesn't get done.

The reason my loved one is getting the care she is getting is because she is using a tens unit and the caregivers place the patches on for her everyday. She is 95 years old and she lives alone, it's comforting to know someone is checking on her everyday and she enjoys the social aspect. It is nice for her to see someone everyday. I would say that I am pleased with them. They are very responsible, they notify us if they need to change something, and they have just been very responsible and very reliable.

Caregiver Training and Care Supervision
When you choose Right at Home, you can rest assured that our caregivers will deliver the care you or your loved one needs. Every caregiver goes through an extensive interview process, including background checks. We provide initial caregiver training through our Right at Home University before they can provide care, and we provide ongoing training to support best care practices. All of our caregivers are employed by Right at Home and are bonded and insured.
