Having an elderly and frail parent is difficult for anyone, but i have received excellent support and help from Home Care Masters. My father needs 24- hour a day assistance, and Home Care Masters has been completely reliable. Their caregivers are competent and kind, and when issues come up, Home Care Masters have been very responsive. I don't know what i would have done without them all- Susan K

I can't say enough good things about Family Resource Home Care. My elderly mother has dementia and needed home care until she could move into an adult family home. The client care supervisor met my mom and worked hard to find a good match for her. My mom loved Yolanda, the caregiver, She was professional, warm, compassionate, super-competent, straightforward and has a great sense of humor. Not only did Yolanda provide excellent care for my mom, she aptly handled some challenging family dynamics. Everyone in our family loved Yolanda. I still miss her!

Faith was very helpful, but she had some flaws. When she reheated food in the microwave, she did not use the microwave cover correctly. The microwave was very dirty whe n she left Wednesday. Faith knew where recyclable items go in our home. After breaking down boxes, she put them in t he trash instead of the area where recyclables go. Faith took me to my eye doctor's office and Target on Tuesday. Tuesday's outing was good. Wednesday, Faith pushed me around the Barbee Mill complex. We spent some time looking at Lake Washington at the Beach Club. Made for a nice afternoon! Hopefully, if Faith returns, she will do better with the microwave and recycling.
